I've just started using Premiere, making videos as a hobby and these videos are a HUGE help!
I know absolutely zero about audio so this was a good one. Maybe do some videos on the absolute basics of these audio controls?

That auto-remix feature for music is going to save me SO much time - wish I had known about it last night 😂 - great video!
Loved the plot twist and also learnt something new. It’s also reassuring that I had been using some of these tips already. 🎉
Huge thanks for those trick! I`m now working in one project and those tricks really help me. Thanks man!
Great One..I learnt so many innovative things from you and I am still grasping.

This is great help! Thanks for this free resource! I wish you well!

Ok, the end of the story was PERFECT. Unexpected and real. Well done :D

Great tips, great knowledge!! I liked that you took it a bit "slow" in this video, yet straight to the point and excellent way to show all the settings/effects. Wish I saw this prior uploading a video Just now :)

I realised watching this video that I usually can't watch his tutorials for longer than a few minutes at a time bc it's too high energy and fast and overloads me. No shots at Jordy, I recognise it's my issues, I have auditory processing difficulties, but this video was much kinder. Loved it, watched it right through.
Maaan, the last tip is really gold!
Love your content, thank you!
Awesome!
You got me to sub! The ending was so funny but realistic but still, it's so funny!
your sense of humor is another level
Great teacher ⚡⚡⚡
thanks!
Nice little summary there of some useful tips, thank you. One thing regarding editing clips to beats: put the video clip two frames BEFORE the beat. This has something to do with how the brain synchronises sound with vision but I can't explain this phenomenon medically as I'm no doctor! Try it, it's a cleaner edit.
I use Remix all the time, but you made me realize that you could actually Remix only a portion of the song. This helps a lot. Thanks, Jordi!
@ShadyGabe

Same! Remix would always remix the entire song, even if it was cut a bit. This definitely helps.

Well at least you know that you could remix in Premiere, until now I always opened the song in Adobe Audition, remixed it there, saved and reimported it to PP 😅😂

I'm a TV News videographer and your videos help me out so much bro! Thanks!
I am a new subscriber and loved this video. I have messed up sound a few times. And, like Charlie, was cutting and pasting music. I have a small issue maybe you can help with. My key frames seem to place automatically to continuous bezier. I would like the default to be linear to avoid accidental sound change in a last minute edits because of that setting. Sad ending but maybe Charlie should be told not to give up! Getting the first dream job in any field is usually tough and perseverance counts for a lot!
Big fan❤

Quick question. In this video you say the human voice is around 1k-2.5k Hz but in the video you link to at the end you say it’s 400-1000 Hz. Which is best? Thanks

Personal Notes, 1) How to mix audio with VO, 2) If your song is small for the vid solution, 3) create a reverb at the end of a clip (audio) 4) Make the music come from the car 5) If you want to edit the video on the beat of the music.
@ShadyGabe
Жыл бұрын
For the fifth tip, it's more of a time saving feature. I edit with markers to the beat of the song then manually input clips, but once I discovered the automate to sequence shortcut my time spent on editing has decreased significantly. Pressing the Y key allows you to scrub through that clip's footage so you can pick and choose where you want that clip to start and end.

@@dimitriosk8563 you can always delete them, and/or start from the last correctly placed marker and continue from there. I get what you mean, though. There isn’t any auto beat detection feature that I know about.
