That last shot from the plat was technically it because you never said no bounce, so you technically owe him $190

I’m sure I’ll see some horrible gamesense and an occasional 3 touch air dribble or you’re being sarcastic and I’m dense asl

I got to Champ 2 in 2’s and couldn't do ceiling shots or really air dribble at all. If you're a lower rank, you can make Diamond pretty fast if you focus on position and know a little about rotating defensively. Learning to aim a shot just so you can score against overcommits will get you a goal or two in most games. Good luck to my no-mech people!

i am a champ 2 freestyler. and i agree, if i didnt spend as much time as i have at mechs i could probably be gc by now because i have 2200 hours in rocket league and 750+ is all mechs but that is because i like to freestyle and not because i need it. another thing is in champ there are two sides. freestylers who have good mechs and other random people who think the have mechs. flakes road to ssl with now mechs is good example of how to reach ssl with 0 mechs.

@iiLazeNBlazeiii have 250 hours in Game and my ps5 says 450 hours dont know wich is a better measure but i can barely Carry the Ball and i cant do any kind of Flips anyway But just with Staying behind your teammate and dont over commit espacially on aerials you can easily reach Diamond with Basic aerials, half Flips and wave dashes as only mechanics.

That is one of the best plats arround there, he did perfectly all the shots, and no diamond can hit an ground to air dribble i think, and like with the ssl u let him bounce but with the plat u didnt, honestly you was really mean striped, give the kid the 200$

You need to make a video about the smurfing epidemic in lower ranks specifically plat diamond and champ. So many people are hard stuck in these ranks because of all the smurfs. I (diamond 3) cant go two games without facing a smurf and its the same with everyone else i know in these ranks. Could you please make a video addressing this in the hopes that epic games does something to fix this issue. Thank for the consideration.

It's not just low ranks. It took me such a long time to hit gc3 this season because there were so many 2k smurfs (which didn't happen to that degree in the last couple seasons). That's just what the game is like these days.

Im gold and I taught my self to wave dash, I think its something all ranks could do because all it is is timing

I’m going to be dead honest rn, that champ was terrible. If I ever got him in one of my 2s games I’d be really depressed. I can see if he’s c1 but if he is c2 or c3 he needs to go down quite a lot in rank. You really need to get a decent champ in here like me striped

That diamond embarrassed us I can hit every mechanic on the diamond list, that plat was a little better that is saying something
