That wiki page used to be actually "Work it Progress/Planned," because they actually added those updates to the game such as Project Energizer. It should really be called, "Ideas We Want to Try to Add," because a bunch of those ideas are definitely unrealistic, or will never meet the game.

You're wrong about supercharge drops. "Supercharge" is the name of the critical hit status effect. When you activate, dictator or hornet overdrive, the supercharge status effect also gets activated for your hull. You can check in the wiki - the critical hit status effect is called supercharge. Therefore, supercharge drops mean "supply boxes" that will give you the supercharge effect for some seconds.
