"These Are Not 'Stories': American Indian Boarding Schools in Southern California" is a documentary produced by the Museum of Riverside and dedicated to American Indian boarding school students, past and present, and to all the Native families who understand the complex meaning of those school years. The documentary features the voices of former boarding school students and family members as well as the Curator of the Sherman Indian Museum, Sherman Indian High School, Riverside California . The accounts are not “stories” but true experiences of students at American Indian boarding schools.
