Great Villains are the Staw that stirs the Drink in good films. #2. In reality actors WANT to do diverse work, but typecasting is a Bitch, and its hard to break out of it and also some character actors just don't look like "Good Guys" or "Romantic leads" they just dont (and Michael Ealy deserved better). #3. Going back to tyler Perry his Villans have no Nuance, no real Depth to them and it damaged that actors credibility

I could only watch For Colored Girls ONCE because of that scene with the children out of the window
I remember I was like 10 watching colored girls bruh and that scene with the kids and micheal ealy dawg that scene tripped me tf out
I think more people remember Giancarlo more for buggin out in do the right thing and Big brother Almighty From school daze More than his character on breaking bad. Hell I remember him as Esteban the drug dealer from the movie fresh🤔
Wow those Tyler Perry movies
What about the guy named Gary who plays a thug in.all of Tyler Perry’s movies. And Tony King who played Satin in the original Sparkle?
Clifton Powell - on Roc Trash Man 😂😂😂
When an actor can so vividly portray an antagonist that their performance evokes such strong emotions it's a testament to their acting ability. Can't hate that. I love actors who can convincingly play the "bad guy" 👍🏿
Regardless, I'm always gonna support black folks!! Tyler is just fine. You don't white folks dogging their movie producers and writers
I LOVED MICHEAL WMS....
The crazy thing is that all of them are in recent movies and TV shows, sooo🤔.
Danny Glover played many villains (Mister) and kept it going. Even Laurence Fishburn (R'd angela basset as Tina Turner) Samuel L was a villian, too. Richard Harris has been both sides, so this surprises me if it stopped him. Steve Harris. Blair underwood has played a bunch of villians.

Danny glover I think the 90s started becoming the nice black dude with Morgan freeman both were still finding their persona they played villonas roles in street smart and the colour purple
Tyler Perry stole the story line of Waiting To Exhale for Diary Of A Mad Black Woman
What's the common denominator here? It's Tyler Perry
No Michael Beach in both, One false move and Waiting to Exhale? Bah!!!
What about Blair Underwood in 'Just Cause'
The Practice Loved That Show In 11th Grade stone cold classic still haven't seen Boston Legal and probably never will

I used to drive home for lunch just go watch it. Great show!
Okay, before I even finish watching this video is the lesson is don'tbe a villain in Tyler Perry movies.
This so ridiculous...I watched many movies and tv show with those guys...they are great actors
Tyler Perry is the common denominator here...ijs.
Thank God for Jordan Peele. Tyler Perry sit TF down.
I don't think Michael Ealy was in the movie Soul Food( maybe ) a episode in Soul Food.....the series

EI AM SURPRISED THAT LARRY FISHBOURNE RED FROM FIVE HEARTBEATS 😅😅😂
I never thought a nice guy like Michael ealy who women loved would be so hated like he was after for colored girls but jeez😂 I think he did think like a man after so I guess he redeemed himself

He even joked about the Beau Willy character he played on Think Like a Man. Comedy gold
How about Denzel Washington in Training Day? He played that so well.

I was ready for that fool to get his in the first 20 mins of the movie!
I didn't care for Jamie Fox in the movie DreamWorks (Dreamgirls) as Manager Curtis Taylor. He truly divided and conquered friendships, kinship, and he sold out from R&B to Disco. He was a real snake. However I loved the one song he sang "That's My Dream".
Danny Glover would be on this list if it wasn't for Lethal Weapon. He played Mister WAY too good😂😂😂
In essence dont be a villian in a Tyler Perry movie if you want your career to thrive.
9:57 Guys, don't worry. He's talking adopting him.
i automatically think of Billy Zane!
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSAMUEL L. JACKSON DIDN'T MAKE THA CUT (dejango)....
Am I the only one that noticed that most of theses roles came from Tyler Perry movies?
No one's career has ended over these roles at all. A few characters I have never seen before...never watched the movie or the tv shows. However, that Blair Underwood just has a look when he is playing dirty that makes my skin crawl. These are Villains that still make you angry at the mention of the movie. 😠
Their careers didn't end though. 🙄😒
All Tyler Perry movies makes you question some things.
I've hated Blair Underwood since movie Crush Groove when he stole Sheila E from Rev Run

TP truly has issues with black women an his lively hood. He just need to come out...Periodt 😢
That guy on the color purple still pisses me off
Clickbait. These actors are still working
Just cause.. what did it for me blair underwood
Why hate the actor but not the writer of the films? Tyler Perry getting rich depicting blacks in such a manner.
Tyler Perry makes movies that people will pay money to watch that’s all. And yes, they all seem similar with black men being some kind of abuser and some of them the black woman is the abuser.
This is how Tyler Perry movies make black men look. I mean come on Blair Underwood. Tyler Perry took down a whole lot of color people. You all had better go over there with 50.
These movies not mainstream to hurt career
What do you mean careers are over...🥴
Blake underwood acted in a movie where a hairdresser caught him in a car with a man. I can't watch anything he's in now
These actors should have blamed Tyler Perry 🤬 for those sick ass movies he produced or written ruined their careers and it always had Ms. Elise as the leading witch 🧹 with them how iconic was that 🤬🤫
No one writes useless and abusive black men like TP. And I mean No One.

Why is duncan clarke on tge list omar really blew him up.
Title fake ..
That’s your wife after you play by MS LADY but you all read did
TYLER set these Guys Up. 💯🙄
Michael Elay he is a beautiful looking man but when he threw those kids out the window. I can C Y his career never came back. He looks crazy

@@tanyakelly1260 You said "I can C Y his career never came back." And plus why are people ( meaning women ) still talking about it? Because it was a great performance or because or the character trigger something to the point where that's all you going to see him as?
Tyler Perry has an issue with Black women and the art of struggle. He needs to finally address his childhood trauma because the entire community sees him for who he really is and it’s disturbing.
Wow.. Its so easy to turn to make the American heterosexual black man a villain because thats how the world especially black women view us... And black women should be ashamed that they are always portrayed as a strong independent victim and those the most popular movies in our community
