blame the writers directors and producers. not the actors playing out a role that their told to act out.

This should be more about the audience behavior than the actors and the characters they're portraying. It's to the point that it has less to do with the actor's performance but more increasingly the audience reaction with some having the inability to differentiate reality from fiction. I believe the Micheal Ealy take is perfect example. It appears you're side door blaming the actor's performance in "For Colored Girls" for often unnecessary attacks against their real life persona and it's particularly unfair and unhealthy for these Brothas to be vilified for simply doing their job.

All these brothers are great actors but in my opinion best villain hands down is Clifton Powell.

I’m officially side eyeing the mother from Madea’s Family Reunion too after seeing that woman defend her daughter’s abuser, insulting her grandchildren, playing favortism, trying her damnest to make her stay with her abuser, and going by her others daughters own words literally set her own daughter up to be SA’ed by her man.

Let’s not Forget (Lupe Ontiveros) who played the role of YOLANDA in the 1997 Selena Movie. She will forever be known as that character to us. We all hate Yolanda 😂💯

Omar was a drug dealer so yes he was the villain. He claims he is a good guy because he doesn't shoot innocent people. But the heroin he floods the streets with has killed more people than his guns ever will, so he does kill innocent people, except he does it with drugs. Bunk dresses him down so good in one scene

I didn't care for Jamie Fox in the movie DreamWorks (Dreamgirls) as Manager Curtis Taylor. He truly divided and conquered friendships, kinship, and he sold out from R&B to Disco. He was a real snake. However I loved the one song he sang "That's My Dream".

Danny Glover would be on this list if it wasn't for Lethal Weapon. He played Mister WAY too good😂😂😂

No one's career has ended over these roles at all. A few characters I have never seen before...never watched the movie or the tv shows. However, that Blair Underwood just has a look when he is playing dirty that makes my skin crawl. These are Villains that still make you angry at the mention of the movie. 😠

Tyler Perry has an issue with Black women and the art of struggle. He needs to finally address his childhood trauma because the entire community sees him for who he really is and it’s disturbing.
