this is the only guide ive ever seen that shows irl examples of how to hold a mouse, what factors contribute to why you aren't ranking up, etc. I really appreciate this!
I gotta say, thanks for this video! Some of your content is actually insane, and the effort you have put into making this video is very clear. It almost feels like you're trying to "optimise" or "maximise" the quality of your content. I'm not sure if that's correct, but this level of effort is something I've only seen a few times before. It's the kind of effort I put into my own hobbies, including Valorant, so I can really appreciate the work you put into making this.
I really appreciate the effort you put into the video with finding really fitting examples of pros / streamers making use of different mechanics. Great video!

just watch the majors of valorant
Excellent vid! PMA and practicing/doing with intent is so important in all aspects of life as well as in Val. Watching the entire video now, but so many good points in this one!! I see so many players blaming their team/opposing team/position of the stars and planets rather than taking this approach and accomplishing one’s goals. Mindset is 80% of being a good player imo because at the top level all the players have similar mechanical abilities and everything else.
Konpeki never fails to deliver quality content, thanks man for all this good stuff ^^
I'm radiant in KR and APAC regions. and hit immo 3 in NA. I have never seen another yt video that is applicable and informative and valuable as the stuff konpeki puts out
Konpeki is a genuine LEGEND putting a V2.0 out for all of us to study i'm sure i speak for all of us in the comment section when i say "Sincerely, THANK YOU KONPEKI"
Really appreciate this video and your time and effort, this not only motivated me to start getting better but also a guide on how to get better abrupt earned a sub!
thanks for your effort in this video. its nice to relearn these details ive absorbed subconsciously/intuitively through playing the game; not having full understanding or reasoning towards some decisions i make etc. beneficial fights and techniques in aiming.
What a video, the effort you put into a free video is insane. Thanks
The spray control drill was actually eye opening I never really thought you could do that thank you so much for this guide.

1 more thing about mouse: try keeping your hand near default position after flicking to make it easier to aim afterwards
Best vid ever 🎉
W Konpeki
thank you soo much guru
For the 2nd Drill. a better way to do it. switch to breach in the range and go to the left or right of the bots and ult them to the side until they're out of your screen, then kill 2 bots so they'll respawn and now you can focus more on flicking to the target and micro adjusting. Great Video! This Help A'lot.
Awesome video! Just got into Valorant 3 Weeks ago and stuck at silver 1 due to my gameplay and lack of understanding, so this helps a lot! Only thing for me is that no matter how I peek, I always catch a "lucky" headshot and die immediately 75% of the time haha

btw, if you wanna get out of silver gold and plat sh*t lobbies then better learn to play Reyna and instalock every game. You can't rely on other people in this low Leo; mostly you'll get trash talkers or kids in team (not literally but u understand). I got out of elo hell pretty fast while using Reyna, asc 2 peaked.
@L0wSkiller
6 ай бұрын
@@pready5082can confirm. When I fill supports I wind up doing fine, but my team doesn't, so it's GG no matter what. If I had a 1 trick support then sure, but I find having 2 hard carry agents just does much more. Sure my team doesn't like the instalocking neon, but it's either roll the dice to maybe get a 25-30+ kill game, or just go 1 for 1 every round and lose 4-13 letting my other teammates be the play makers
@TechSupportDave

@@pready5082 While reyna is a simple pick, you're practically throwing if you're picking it beyond plat. Other agents will provide much more value to you AND your team, all while simultaneously helping you improve at the game in very important aspects. Not something that you can do on Reyna since her abilities are so unique and selfish. You definitely either did not reach ascendant as effectively as you could have, and/or you're going to struggle sooner or later as you likely have not developed any important skills due to the fact you played Reyna. If all you can do is fight then you'll just end up being in situations where you're match-mvping every game but losing more than half your games regardless, because you're not making the necessary impact through picking the right timings and taking the right fights to actually make the biggest difference.

@@pready5082 I'm currently peaking asc2 mostly from just studying pro players and having relevant notes that I use to help me work on certain aspects of my gameplay. I play Phoenix, but I think most Duelists are completely fine for ranking up in general, but for anything below GOLD specifically, yes I would only recommend Reyna and nothing BUT Reyna because this agent basically turns the game into a "test" to estimate the level of your mechanics. You are very easily able to see if you are failing at your mechanics if you aren't pulling at LEAST a positive KD in your comp games as Reyna. But most people should be able to get a +1.25kd if they play reyna in low elo, IF they use a mechanics guide like this one. Reyna + Konkeki Mechs Guide = SUCCESS (as long as you actually FULLY APPLY what the guide teaches). It's honestly an epic combination and practically the CLOSEST you can get when it comes to a "cheat code" in a competitive shooter like this. Sadly it only applies up until a certain rank. If I were to focus on my mechs now, I would see very temporary success. I'd probably peak Immo1 but become completely and utterly hardstuck because I still don't really know how to play my agent even close to correct...
Goat valorant creator
claw grip helped me so much
Thank u so much
Somewhat of a cheeky move but it helped me rank up a lot. After season reset, don't play ranked for 2-3 days. This will allow players of ur skill level to come to ur rank instead of higher ranked players hitting ur lobbies all the time.

He's applying real concepts into Valorant, and that's how you know he's absolutely GOATED, because most coaches don't give a flying f about "outlandish" topics like these. But, it's only logical that he talks about them if he's qualified enough to know about these concepts, because some people often aren't aware of what it takes to get good at something, and as a result these people may get "hardstuck" or struggle. Konpeki is actually verbalising precursor-esque topics (which is just crazy good of him) in order to get people to consciously think about whether they wish to make their improvement journey easier or not. Anyone who desires it enough, will therefore take the appropriate steps in order to FIX their mindset. Absolute goat. It is PRECISELY the kind of style of teaching that I support, except personally I don't pull up any graphs when I'm teaching people hahah.

@@bukangamer3120 If you have at least 2 hours a day for valorant then what's happening is you're probably not applying konpeki's guide properly. Realistically, you probably should be in Plat by now (9 days after you sent that reply). You're close, but you suggesting you haven''t been solo-queueing is probably why your progress is a little bit slower than normal. You generally shouldn't be playing with friends, especially if it's a 3-stack or a 5-stack. A duo is not bad to have but you have to make sure they are practically the EXACT same MMR as you. It's decent progress, but it does seem you may have made some mistakes that slowed you down a little bit. Obviously, not a huge deal or anything, but think about it this way: The faster you play against better players, the more time you will have in lobbies that teach you more new and useful things. If your goal is to seriously improve, you should know that elos below Plat3 are the absolute WORST for improvement. Its like a puddle of quicksand - the more time you're in it, the longer it will take you to get out. And if you're fine being in the "quicksand", then that's alright too. But why use such a long, high-effort and high-quality guide in that case? Not trying to antagonise or anything, just curious if that's indeed the case.
