Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 and first half of this year with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. Hi Akshat. Can you please do a recap on these 3 stocks you spoke about in the past 6-12 months: 1) Vedanta : You indirectly pursued members to sell this stock and the stock has doubled now. 2) Bandan Bank : You asked to buy this when it was trading around 230. Stock rallied downwards to 180, now at 200 but still negative in terms of return. 3) Delta Corp : You asked to buy, and everyone knows what happened. I can go on and on. And you can say "you should have done your independent research". But you should show the integrity to do videos on your failed recommendations. Also please don't say there are still tons of stocks where your recommendations fell right. Anyone can do predictions in bull market. Even a potato. Thanks.

Can anyone help me understand one thing. Suppose there is a company X, who has announced that it is going to pay dividends of rupees y/share and date of registry will is 15-20 days in future . So why shouldn't we buy shares of the company and sell it after getting a dividend. Why don't people do this ?

I work in retail and manage a luxury store. The margin on a Rs 200 tshirt can easily be 100 % considering the scale at which they are selling. Moreover since the manufacturing is inhouse for which they have an edge in other value formats also.
