I regularly play Delivering Hope on my phone, so thank you for making great games!

The normal enemies in Holocure are the fans of each of their respective Hololive member as they are artistically represented, the shrimps are Gura's and the Deadbeats (skeletons) are Calli's for example. The thing that looks like a butt plug is indeed a butt plug.

There was merch of the buttplug but it was made as a plushie. Several of the prototype iterations of it from the manufacturer were incorrectly made with a hard plastic tip. For a while they were worried the final product would end up being presented as a functional product.

Asacoco facts: Asacoco is a morning news stream series from Kiryu Coco. You can learn about the latest Hololive happenings. Asacoco also exists as an injection type and a plug type. It was never explained how a morning news show can be administered in this way.

so first stage of holocure, all enemies are EN fans, skeletons are Calliope's fans: the Dead Beats, the shrimp dogs are Gura's fans: the Shrimps, the lumpy space princess are actually takodachi or fat octopusses and are Ina's fans: the Takodachi, the chickens are Kiara's fans: proud memebers of KFP or Kiara Fried Pheonix, the little dog guys are Ame's fans: the Teamates, the little plant things are Fauna's fans: the Saplings, the little cat angel/demon things are Irys mascots and represet her fans: the Irystocrats, the clocks are Kroni's fans, the Kronies, and Mumei's fans are owl like: the Hoomans, and extra enemies are representation of youtube channel members, like the Investigators (the alligators). There really isnt enough room here for everything but thats the gist.

Holocure: Enemies - enemies are fan mascots, with the exception of the final bosses, the CEO things and the grimace looking thing Korone and the boxing gloves - Korone used to do boxing, or perhaps boxercise. I'm not entirely certain; my Japanese is toddler level. Korone and fingers - an early joke from Korone's streams was her threatening to take viewers' fingers so they couldn't click away. "Yubi yubi yubi!" Psycho Axe - Suisei, one of the hololive girls, turned out to be an axe-murdering psychopath when they played Project Winter. She's had an association with axes ever since Statue is indeed the CEO, he's a great guy, very popular with the fans - recently told investors to pound sand when they wanted to give the vtubers a smaller cut Milk - heh... yeah, get that mind in the gutter and you're not far off. See Noel for further enlightenment. Plug Type Asacoco - Yup, it is that. It is indeed. Nurse's Horn - Choco-sensei is not a succubus. Honest. Gorilla's Paw - Kanata once showed off her 50kg grip strength (110.5 lb) Spider Cooking - Akai Haato, aka Haachama, once cooked and ate a tarantula on stream. The community has been traumatised ever since. Headphones - *sad noises*; Mano Aloe had some bad things happen to her before the agency knew how to handle that sort of thing. She's doing better now. Bomb stamp - Pekora is a war criminal... in Minecraft (and several other games) BL Fujoshi - This could be a reference to several people, but I think it's most likely a referecence to known BL afficionado, Suisei's sister. Fubuzilla is the kaiju version of Fubuki, I forget if this is from Holo no Graffiti or another thing. - Final boss; "Smol Ame". There's a whole series of "smol" artworks made by a fan called Walfie, the Ame version in particular gained a life of its own, becoming the incarnation of Ame's worst goblin tendencies Idol Showdown: Pekora has a lot of Minecraft references, along with some Rust references, due to her warcrimes there. The "Great War" referenced was an ingame battle in Rust, across several streams, that roped in basically everyone else in the server Korone also gets the Doom chainsaw; she had a popular set of streams of Doom 2016 Ollie is a simp for every other member, hence some of her moves. She also plays a bit of chess, once beating KizzyKay of the FGC in a Twitch tournement Suisei is the cinderella of Vtubers, from a struggling reject to a shining star; combined with her name (which means comet) this gives all the star stuff. She's also cracked at Tetris, and the aformentioned axemurdering Miko (Suisei's assist character) - Miko, rather infamously, burnt down her house in Minecraft. Find the clip, it's hilarious) Aki's giant man - Mukirose was Aki's character in Ark. Coco is the goat. Without Coco there would be no Hololive EN. She's also a Yakuza boss *nodders*. (irl, after leaving Hololive she actually got a part in one of the Yakuza games) Error - Not 100% certain of the timeline, but I think Error Sora originated in a diffferent fangame called Hololive Error (I still haven't finishe that one, must get around to it). And yes, the Soda can is an overhead. Marine (your assist) - Marine is not *actually* a pirate; she's cosplaying as one. She's also one of the horny on main streamers, a running gag is that she's eld, but claims to be 17... again... Holo x Break NePoLaBo is named because the members are Nene, Polka, Lamy and Botan. Botan is possibly the hardest character to play solo, but really strong with teammates. HoloX is the most recent unit within Hololive Japan (ReGLOSS are technically separate); the masks are to conceal their identity, they are a secret society afterall. Allies are fan mascots, enemies are HoloX mascots Owl Dagger is a Mumei reference. Baseball is Subaru (the designates sports girl of Hololive) The shopping cart is because Botan got *obsessed* with completing Trials Rising stages with the shopping cart "I think I'm going insane, but I'm actually starting to like the trumpet sounds" One of us! One of us! Background nonsense - Calli and Kiara on a date because they're EN's original ship, Okayu and Korone on a date because they're the biggest ship in JP (actually "got engaged" in the 2024 new year concert), "Uber Gozaru" because Iroha speaks like a samurai. Eggplant.

One that's very simple and able to play it on your browser, and was one of my introductions to the whole Vtuber thing, is Delivering Hope. It's just one of those little throw-the-character-as-far-as-you-can type of games, but it's pretty loaded with references and it has songs by IRyS, one of the HoloEN talents, which are bangers.

Literally every weapon, item, enemy, character skill, etc. in Holocure is a reference to something. You'd be better off looking at the Holocure wiki.

All three are great but I have a soft spot for Holo x Break. Always been a sucker for beat em ups and while I love the modern stuff that uses final fight or streets of rage as its inspiration, making a game with Little Fighter as the starting point is a genius move.

you arent deep enough in the rabbit hole to get all the references in Holocure. We dont want to forcefully drag you into that hole, just like others in the comment have said, every hololive game is a giant reference to some surface level or insanely deep inside joke. Plug Type Asacoco for life, GIVE ME THAT GOOD STUFF!

I recomend you play Age of Advent next. It has some really creative games of the Advent girls. I specially like the Shiori farming game, it has a beautiful atmosphere.
