I feel you… I lost my mom 4 months ago. My sister and I were by here side for 12 hours until she took her final breathe. It still haunts me, the way she had to leave this earth 😪.

This reading spoke to me just like a message from my dad, too. The father-daughter relationship is pretty much like ours (he also was a diabetic and I took care of him when he was bedridden with cancer; he actually died in my arms...). I’m 10 years clean, keep going sweetheart, you can do it! I OD’D too, I aren’t sure who brought me back but someone did cos I felt them shaking my legs and I was alone. I also had an nde. When I gave birth to my youngest child, I lost two and a half litres of blood, went into cardiac arrest and flatlined for a few minutes. They didn’t think I was gonna make it, they told my nok to prepare themselves. I saw my nan! It was a beautiful experience and I no longer fear death. I used to lay awake worrying about it knowing that it was not avoidable for anyone, and I was fearful. Not since that nde, if anything, when things get really hard I remind myself that this is temporary and I will see that place and my loved ones again.

I named my daughter after the Daryl Hanna character in Splash! Madison Grace.

That’s awesome for being clean and sober for 1 year!

I had to fight to get my mum the drugs she needed at the end, because we knew she was dying and didn't want her to be in pain or fear. They made it very difficult for us, except for one amazing doctor who helped so much and my mum passed peacefully after that. I don't feel guilty and neither should you. We got them what they needed to ease their suffering x
