It could be my edibles kicking in, but I am losing it over the dog Max giving the daughter his "blessing" about Max 2.0. Full on sobbing. That might be the sweetest thing I've ever heard.

I'm not surprised that Barbara was such a loving daughter. She's a great lady. I wrote to her nearly 20 years ago to tell her I found her to be inspirational. Within 24 hours I received a personal email message from Barbara herself saying the nicest things. I never expected this. Years later I met someone who knows her well. This person confirmed that Barbara is a warm and generous friend, an absolute class act, and a wonderful person. She is the real deal.

Wow, your comment really stuck out to me. I was probably 19 and my father brought home an autographed book to me. He worked in Manhattan and ran into her and she wrote such a beautiful note in it (I had no idea who she was) .. it wasn’t until probably last year (I had my own spiritual awakening) and I remembered it out of nowhere while watching Shark Tank 🥴 It really gave me solid confirmation that Spirit connects us all, in one way or another.

It’s definitely real. I have this power and didn’t know until recently about the last 10 years. I avoided it for many years since I was a kid because I thought I was crazy until I had my own reading and my medium was like “you are one of me” and I’m like whatttttt and from that day I’m started listening to the voices, flashes, and symbols that I was experiencing my entire life. My brother comes back to me quite often and others come to me. It’s scary because you never know what to expect but at least I knew I was no longer crazy!

I am sort of open to this but also a little skeptical but when Theresa mentioned the Japanese maple tree I think that's very specific. People plant trees in memory of loved ones all the time but there are a zillion tree choices. The bit about the dog collar. Well many people whose dog has died, save the collar. And hang it up somewhere. So That wasn't specific enough for me. The maple tree was pretty good though. Many years ago I saw a medium or I think a clairvoyant. Not sure, but she didn't know me at all. She said about my grand father who use to smoke a pipe and he had pipe cleaners in a jar on the mantle piece above the fire place. It was true and That was very specific and no body knew that. She also predicted that I would marry a man named Derek and he had a brother. Well years went by and had forgotten about what she had said. I ended up Meeting someone and Marrying and his name is Erik and he has a brother. And then it came to my mind what that medium had said to me all those years ago. I am thinking that name is pretty close.

My husband just passed a few weeks ago. He was a total non believer in anything even remotely paranormal. I feel he definitely found all the things I told him would be there. Ways he could communicate and believe me, He tried them all to get our attention. And I knew that's what was happening. He was a hoarder and left a huge mess and no will. So since I'm very busy going through things I've never seen in our 27 yrs.. I do talk to him. A lot. So do th grand kids who live with us. The youngest saw him and what she called "his golden soul eye" in the mirror behind her in the room where he passed ( she found him) and the phone our landline has rang a few times then just static. And a few other things too much to share here...I just know this is all true and they can hear us and are near by.

@@georgina-a it's been a rough time. Not getting used to it easily ... unfortunately this is my first death at home so it's the first time I've had to deal with an enormous amount of personal posessions of a loved one who's left. It's been a real eye opener but mostly it's just sad. I just ate some ribs he bought before he passed. His things are all here. He's been buried but it doesn't seem like it except he never comes back. We still see him here n there ...I'm not sure how long he'll be doing that but Jewish religion says three months they linger around, I think. It's comforting. We've all dreamed of him. My littlest said she went to hug him in the dream but he left. I personally haven't gotten that close yet. It's a remarkable time of memories and of longings for things that might have been combined with loss and sadness...it's finally hitting me when someone in our small town express condolences...I instantly tear up. I was pretty strong at first but it's getting more difficult now that the flurry of activity that surrounds the funeral is over. Thank you for your kind words.

@@pinkiesvlogs2 Oh, Annemarie! My heart goes out to you ♥️ Grief is such a difficult thing to go through and, at times, it really doesn't feel real. I hope that you and your children have a good support network around you, with people you can talk to. If you feel that you could do with some guidance and support, then it's definitely worth looking at grief support services in your area. These are often charities, providing a service that's free at the point of use. Most have an online presence, but your GP or local hospital should be able to point you in the right direction, too. If this isn't a path you've had to travel before, then doing so following such a close bereavement is a real "baptism of fire". It's not a weakness to seek help, support or guidance, should you need it 💕 Grieving someone so close to you is hard enough but, when you're the surviving parent, I imagine that must place an extra pressure on you to stay strong for the kids. I can only imagine how hard that must be, and how tempting it must be to place your own grief to one side to concentrate on getting everyone else through. Please remember that, for your health, it's so important for you to grieve properly, too, and to be able to talk when you need to or take time for yourself when you need it. It'll help you to stay strong for everyone else and yourself 💖 Sending a huge hug to you ♥️ I have no doubt that your husband is watching over you all, protecting you and trying to let you all know how loved you are xx
