I’m a 20 bomb only type player not really comparable but I get called out for cheats and zen all the time, I personally practice on bots making sure I land only head shots while having aim assist turned off… I don’t doubt the ppl that play for a living make it seem like no recoil but it’s just practice. Tl:dr - skill issue
