That's interesting. The only reason Macaque lost was because he became overwhelmed by the volume of the band. That's a really good way to incorporate a weakness from from his name.

Also, at 0:13 you can see Wukong actually looks like he is having a bit of fun/not completely nervous, i'm glad, even if it was played for laughs

They didn't have to go this hard for a Lego show, but I'm so glad they did.

This whole scene is so fucking good. Tang standing up for himself against a manipulative villain, the connection between Him and Tripitaka during the original journey, and PIGSY FUCKING SLAYING ON THE MIC This is an animated Lego show for kids and I’ve got goosebumps over how hard they go

Aside from Avatar: The Last Airbender, this is probably one of the most anime shows to have ever been made for children.

The most anime show, that's NOT an anime to be more specific. 🥹 But jttw already had, in and of itself, so many Shounen Anime trops. I'm surprised they haven't made the whole book into an anime by now. Seeing as how episopdig it gets after, it wouldn't even be such a big trouble to make a chaperte into 1 or 2 episodes. 😂

Honestly, if there is a chance that Macaque will have an ARC Redemption or join the MK team or reopen his heart and accept and trust others (He is already quite neutral but Wukong's declared enemy in my opinion), it would be thanks to MK and Tang. ((Who knows, maybe Wukong and Macaque reconcile and everything, one can always dream

@@mathisthoraval7448 It's the only time that part of Macaque's tail turns white, the rest of the video: it doesn't. He has six ears, which makes him vulnerable to high pitch or loud asf sounds. The part where the two flies off into that lantern might of been a bit too overwhelming to bare for Macaque, which may have caused him to lose his grip on his glamours for a moment X.X

The best part about this show is that there are no cheesy moments
