Hello everyone, this is Fujian Grandma, the grandma of Minhu Lake. There are rape flowers all over the ground. Grandma picks up a large basket for pickling, and repeatedly airs and receives a large pot of pickles. No matter what season it is, it can be a delicious dish on the table!

@Nat Violen When one has a good understanding of advanced Asian ferments, one can carry on with the process for months if one is so incline, with variations of techniques, secondary flavourings and variable duration.

@@corinaleong1689 I'm fermenting food on a regular basis, but my European way only has one step. Either dry-curing i.e. vegetables, spices and salt, f.ex Sauerkraut Or wet-curing i.e. vegetables, spices, salt, sugar, water and vinegar f.ex. cornichons That's why I am fascinated by those iterations of drying and brining.

Of course ! Here is presented the traditional way of transforming fresh vegetables into pickles. It becomes a probiotic delicatessen when added to rice porridge and other fried vegetables. Old granny is very skilled and saavy. The pickles is like medicine food. Dried in the sun then salted, full of yang energy ( yanguised) then marinated in vinegar and spices ( flavoured and made digest acid taste good for the liver) . It can be saved for months. Local and ecological, no need to use electrical device, just the power of Granny own hands. Strength and Will . A model for everyone 加油阿妈非常感谢

Прекрасная свежая капуста не хранится всю зиму. А это вообще то заготовка. Кроме квашеной, что они делают, ещё сушёная. И вкус другой и насыщенность.
