What leader are you rocking here? With that many tailor about I'd hate to have $30 Sugapens getting chomped off.

15lb leader was on at the time as I wasn’t bothered to switch it up, realistically tailor will cut straight through most leaders up to 40lb but I did get cut off eventually, then switched to a smaller topwater but took off the middle treble so when they get hooked their teeth aren’t so close to the line

Was working the lure to suite the fish and how they strike it, wasn’t worried much about catching fish but more just wanted to see their strikes, caught 60+ tailor between me and my mate that day so i don’t think it mattered how I worked the lure
