I used to live in an apartment complex along a multuse pah with an array of trees, water fowl, etc. As I worked the second shift at a nearby hospital I would arise around 5:00 a.m. to beat the heat in summer in Arizona. My walk took almost two hours. It was peaceful and meditative in a way. About a year, really can't say how long, I began to hear the following: Blessed be this magnificent planet and blessed be all its inhabitants with peace, love, joy, and the Light of Truth - something along those lines. For as long as I lived there, it was my practice to silently make this statement, at least once each morning on my walk, sometimes several times. Since then, about 40 years later, I occasionally repeat this statement with some variations depending on what dominant negativity is occurring. I believe it was given to me. Today, my focus is on Truth, which I believe is asking for a comeback or refinement of its meaning.

Being a friend to others and myself; joy and love bring the same back.

I notice within myself that when I feel love I am more open and engaging, i.e. I expand. When I feel fear I withdraw, pull back and isolate myself, i.e. I contract. I like to expand more than I like to contract but there always seems to be an ebb and flow. Ebb and flow is predictable and necessary but with each flow I push a little further out. :) Love

I love her balanced and calming energy. The way Joseph and herself simplifies to connect to our high selves to be in check that we are in alignment is God sent! It is perfect for me as I have been guided to daily meditation, research, observing my thinking patterns, staying in the moment etc the last 3 months. Ever since I was guided to Alex’s podcasts! I have noticed I feel at peace, my emotions are stable, I spend more time with my inner child, playing with my young granddaughter and that resonates so much joy. The birds join me in my yard and many hummingbirds will look in my window at me and outside. I read that hummingbirds go where there is a higher vibration and spirit activity so that feels good. I’m rambling but with excitement to share for hopefully it’s what someone else may be needing to hear. Thank you all and much love in all our growth in life!

I'm coming out of a spiritual crisis that had me in the grip of doubt about everything after 20+ years of intense spiritual engagement and faith. I'm just starting to feel my higher self again and communicate with the divine Self. And this hummingbird has been coming around daily for a couple of weeks. I thought maybe it was my dad coming by to say hello, but I loved your description. 🙏🕉🫶 BTW- I'm the neighborhood "bird lady" as I feed and talk to my birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and even a family of groundhogs. But I don't have a hummingbird feeder - just flowers 💐

I am self realised and want to confirm the sharing from 29mins to 32 mins is absolutely correct. This I can confirm from my own direct experience of oneness with unconditional love. My own awakening came about by desiring to awaken over and above anything else in my life, suspending everything I had learnt about spiritual concepts even those that worked knowing that they were limited to within our dualistic life experience (dropping all beliefs) and loving everything passionately as God, or what name you choose to know that as. I was then sitting under a Niagara falls of Love that entered me from my crown with a love indescribable that traveled down to my base chakra and raised me up to my third eye filling every chakra with the light of love until I came face to face with Divine consciousness. I don't think the problem is being religious so much as many humans use religion to control other humans. But God gave us free will. However, it's up to us if we agree to let others take our free will away by acquiescing to what religious leaders tell us about how we should live our lives. If you're allowing other humans to control you, maybe that keeps you from being able to connect to Spirit.

This was a great podcast and I so enjoyed Cindy. I am just coming out of the closet now. It’s been hard for me to do but I’ve been channeling since 1994. I never knew so many people were doing this. I guess I am shocked that there are others like me! I had a huge spiritual awakening after my Marine son died. It has never closed. It is very open now after all of these years. Your question about illness is very pertinent, Alex. Cindy's answer @25:15 is that this is an out-of-alignment belief behind disease. I’ve watch a number of your mediums speaking and they are a wide and wacky bunch from a layman’s perspective. I understand becauseI am one. This lady has just right message a straight forward personable presentation and expresses concepts that are part of the new teaching we must embody. Thanks for your great work.

And what Cindy said about how the shift is something in which we are still physical but more so attuned to higher spiritual forces is exactly what the ancient mystics taught. The Essenes, the Gnostics, ancient healers and sages from all walks of life have revealed to us through their genius works of art, literature and alchemy that as a Spirit we inhabit a body (container) right down to the densist level. Once there we repeat that process in reverse, having descended into form we then begin the ascent from form to Spirit. Some say this process is infinite is scope and possibility. But during this process phsyically there is a path we can walk that literally de-densifies us through adding more light and air to our bodies over a period of years. Seven years to be exact. Some take longer.

She made me smile throughout the message. She made me feel like I had been there before I even knew what channeling was. I thought I talked to myself and most of them I even wondered where did I get those information from 40+ years ago. Now I hear myself explaining to myself or “explaining to kids out there” kind of talk and I say to myself what the heck are you talking to that there’s nobody here and I already know that so SHUT UP AND GET back to your station where you belong, thinking I am telling my ego that. I even thought about am I really talking to my ego or my guides were talking to me? ❤ namaste 🙏🏼

I was automatic writing in the morning and got " what's important is not structured into time and days but the feeling states and connection with others. Finding yourself focused on time spent and delays, which are of this world and reality, means you are not operating from a place of connection". I wonder how many pastors and priests could benefit from these teachings. Resonating with God means praying to the collective mind and conscious that we are all part of. I want humanity to grow and that includes more shared knowledge and intelligence - beyond just hoping God takes care of them. We need to take care of ourselves - as a whole. Those who eschew science and only rely on hope and prayer are not fully aligned to the collective conscious - in some ways, it is selfish to only ask for gifts and benefits. God created - and we continue to create along with that energy. Pray - but also Play. Get out there and get aligned.

I really appreciate her journey. For me, I've known I was tapped into spirit for most of my life. I recognize now that I've been channeling since I could remember. I used to get sad because I only wished I could access these realms, never knowing I was already there. My higher selves revealed themselves recently helping me to recognize this. They have many names and have been revealing higher knowledge to me for decades. I knew it in that moment. I'm finally moving into the purpose and calling, understanding that many are chosen for this work. Religion has taught me, spirituality has given me the freedom to explore. But .. How do we keep ourselves in the love vibration ? My teacher, who was always in this vibration , told us to “ always do the most loving thing.” No act is perfect but do what is best under the circumstance with what you have and who you are. As for not being aware when we are born, we have just come from the spiritual realm and are more open to other dimensions which are usually shut down for us developmentally and socially by the time we are seven. I worked with little kids for 30 years and I really enjoyed them most until they made that shift into less innocence. If the drive is really strong, we maintain it and hide it until we are older, when it re-emerges . And realization never ends so one cannot achieve it, one is on an endless path.

this is how I channel! I love to see someone who says the same, that you don't need to go into a trance to do it. I have a collective named Erasmus that connects to me and we are so blended.

This was another AMAZING show. I have expanded. I'm looking into aligning by way of Joy. It's easy to lose sight of joy but I realize its just doing what feels good and saying F the parts that may not. For example, i love teaching but the construct of the educational system is not for me so I find other ways to do it. I'm going to keep expanding on how to achieve my alignment and get rid of the parts of it that damper it.
