He can do everything. He can guard, he can block, he can steal, he can dribble, he can assist, he can shoot, he can fade, he can dunk. Never seen in a 7,4" guy. And he is just begining to believe in himself. Hats off for the Spurs staff, that convinced him that this first year is only the adaption to NBA. They are not hurry for the rings. They are do taking care of the kid, because they know he will dominate the game for several years.

When it comes to wemby, I would consider him a 3 way threatening player. With his elusiveness to get to the rim for blocks and alleyoops, and his skills to get open. If he plays at a high level, he should be the mvp and defensive player of the year.

People get way too caught up in the perimeter stuff. It looks cool and all but every time he dances 25 feet away -- every dribble that isn't downhill -- is a win for the defense. One because he's so good around the basket so shooting outside 10 is basically throwing away points and two because of how dangerous he is without the ball as a screener. Its like Steph. As good as Steph is on ball, its off ball that makes him so great because it makes the other four guys better. Wemby can discombobulate defenses in the same way. Once Vic realizes he just needs to make the game easy, it's wrap.

@@mariohenrique9537 Assists increase for almost every player over time. The more you play the better you get at understanding defenses and where help is coming from. He'll likely be around 23-25. It's just hard to get to 25 on 17 shots. The math just doesn't work. You need to have almost ideal shot distribution like AD to do it and think it's gonna be a few years yet before he reins himself in and/or the percentages catch up to the shot selection. Unless they get Trae. Then I think he's over because he's gonna shoot over 80% at the rim on 7-8 attempts
