Another easy to miss detail is that in the og version of the song, Eggman hits the down notes for his laugh, but Lord X hits ever other note because his down pose is the least intimidating/fitting for a laugh and it'd look pretty weird :3 keep it up, Blantados 😁👍

I mean, yeah. Sunky (idk the name really) and the...I can't remember, Majin and the Fun is infinite page, and then lord X with his message. But, what about the .exe one that's appearing through the static parts? I'm not familiar with the story (because quite frankly, I actually want to sleep) so can someone explain?

Sonic looks like hes genuinely having a good time battling demonic versions of himself

4:53 I just want to say as my favorite, Lord X absolutely fits in for Eggman, absolutely one to laugh at Sonic and being able to use his power and become truly self aware, also able to reject EXE’s takeover and control back into singing, he just wants to have some fun…. And by that I mean POPPING OFF IT SOUNDS SO GOOD AND FITTING!!!!

7:00 for a split second you kinda hear the drowning theme from Xenophane Sonic Phase 1 part of this song

Honestly I feel like Black Sun Sonic would've fit more than Sunky, but this was still stellar. Also, the rings aren't supposed to count as notes that add to the count. Not counting the rings, the total amount of notes you're supposed to hit caps out at 2009, the year that the Sonic Ultimate Genesis Collection was released. Edit: Due to the extensive talk about how Sunky fit more that EXE, the idea of the order I had in mind was Majin -> Xenophanes -> Lord X -> Xenophanes -> EXE -> Xenophanes. I put EXE in X's place because of his laugh during his transformation.

Ive seen a lot of people do this concept but you're the only one to make it actually work and sound good so kudos!

Even when replaced with Lord X, Eggman's section is still the best. Love the use of the laugh!

Seeing Lord X's animations change around so fast is actually really satisfying to watch

replace every jumpscare with "balls - bottom text" and a pic of that character. lord x's doesnt need to be changed

I like how sonic is confindent and brave in a terrific situation,giving all that he have.

I like to think the sonics are placed in order of the characters due to their similarities. Sunky and Tails are genuinely innocent characters. And couldn't be really evil even if they tried. Majin sonic and Knuckles are misunderstood and percieved as bad. Knuckles was perceived as bad by Sonic because he was manipulated by eggman. Majin sonic being genuinely creepy wasn't meant to be scary at all. But people was still unnerved by him. Lord X and Eggman are just downright evil. No need to explain it.

I actually really wanna see Sonic do the entire Sonic.exe week with the original cast just to see how it feels after listening to this banger for 10 times.

Honestly, only thing that would make this Song's Ring mechanic better for me would be making the rings actually useful. Like for example you reach over 50 rings, and it allows you to press a button to go super, and become invincibile until you run out of rings. That would have looked quite nice in this cover imo Still, outstanding work! Another amazing cover as always :D

Rings reduce the damage of missing a note or getting a ‘bad’ rating for how you miss (also sometimes works with the shadow notes)

Its because the old voice was almost inseparable from the instrumental so ppl had to recreate it to use him in covers, but the new voice is separed from the instrumental so people can use it on covers easily

I've read somewhere that in this continuity (never thought I'd use that word when describing _Sonic.exe_ and yet here we are...), Sonic.exe actually idolizes the original Sonic to the point of obsession, which is why he looks like Sonic but with a few "creative liberties."

This might sound absurd, but I have my own theory for each character that Sonic's facing: Sunky: As the "Creepypasta" who values friendship, he's warning Sonic of how dangerous the situation he's going to face and trying to protect him. Majin: As the Creepypasta who lives for endless fun, Majin's trying to convince Sonic to succumb to Exe's whims under the guise of everything being fun. Lord X: As perhaps the inferior version, X is trying to mock Sonic and pressure him to give in to the mockery and leave himself open to Exe. Exe: As God, he wants to eliminate the old and weak self that he finds Sonic to be. So he cuts Sunky short before he can save Sonic, uses Majin and X to get Sonic to drop his guard, and interfere directly to get what he wants. In any case, this remix is wonderful, I love Triple Trouble. ❤️

I swear one of almost every sonic. EXE variation of sonic is always either based of sonic or was inspired and loved sonic to the point of copying him I could already hear some of the exe's squealing at the sight of sonic the hedgehog infront of them right then and there singing with them while others are happy to show what they got I tell you it's a story and mini comic bound to happen.
