I love toy washers modified!
The reason why it’s so noisy and slow is because the second belt is still on, you need to put the small belt on the big pulley and directly connect it to the motor, that way it will spin way faster

I don't understand when you said 'CUT THE MOTOR WIRES AT THE HALF ' I didn't understand that 'you cut the half'

He means that you have to take the scissors, grab both motor wires and cut the motor wires in half
I wanted the engine but I can't disassemble the washing machine, I only put the engine behind the crank
Just got mine Today
where do i cut the wires at i know in the middle but on tape im guessing
try and do the speed controller with the controll pannel on
You should remove second belt

For the plug: power adapter 12v. For the speed controller: speed controller 12v reversible (and please get one like mine, because most other controller will break after a very short time)
