Actually this is not bheeman falls, this falls called Thenmalai athipattu falls (Thenaruvi), currently tourists not allowed into bheema falls due to flood in local Rivers,

He went probably in sep/ oct. The base is not reachable I think, u can search in gogle, I see no photos from base in online
