Liked and used women but secretly liked men. Drug addict, thief and just a flat out demon. Met him on a social media site. Never again 3 months No Contact. Relocated to another state.

Dating apps are horrible. There are so many predators,bums, users, man thotzz, narcissists, broken people and felons/criminals on there looking for their next victim. Online isn’t something to take seriously because 98.9% of people on there aren’t looking for something healthy, meaningful and long term.

Found out he was cheating on me. I created a fake account to find out what was going on and boom he was on there. He was secretly on dating apps throughout the relationship. PSA: Dating apps are the breading ground for narcissistic, sociopath, psychopath, sexually sick, cheating, disgusting men. Thank you for bringing awareness.

I agree. I deleted my profiles 6 months ago and met a guy who lives in my apartment. Never knew he existed. Dating apps use to be great to use, but nowadays way to many imposters. Not worth it. The only way to invest in dating is to pay a matchmaker

Amen! If we can't even trust some of the men we meet in person, why do we even need to waste time with trying to discern if someone is a real person online? Never been on a dating app. Divorced in 2020 and with all these weird stories I'm just terrified to date at all.

This is so true ladies... its very alarming at how often this is happening. Get out and meet people when the Most High says to do so...and with all your getting, get some self defense knowledge as well. Learn how to physically become stronger and be trained to legally handle a piece that fires nice daily.... and twice on Sundays!!!

I could like this 100 times … I keep telling my friends I refuse to get on dating apps… Men are crazy in person I don’t need to open myself to more of that🤷🏾‍♀️

Last year my female friend met a guy on popular dating app. After three months they were engaged and married after eight -nine months. They are both Christians. They claim that the faith and similar view of life are they common spot. I was and i am still in shock. Because i watch what Tony is saying and i also watched many criminal documentary about this topic. Also, is confusing why this Christian people were on popular dating app to start with. They claim that God connect them and maybe this is the case. But that is exception not the rule. What Tony saying is truth and I belive him. Many frustrated men are hang out online and typically are very toxic or have some issue. A man who is "normal" wont lose his time online because he can approach women everywhere.

The absolute truth Tony!!!! About four years ago Ive been done with the dating apps God gave me the strong urge to delete all of them and I never look back I know it was for a reason I’m glad I did.

The wait for the right one is worth it there isn't a need to rush the process.

I deleted my dating apps because of Tony's advice and these news stories. Also I noticed how some of the guys on these sites are more negative towards women. When I would get on the phone with them they seemed like they were not healed from whatever they've gone through and were angry with women. It was surprising to me at first but now I know why. Thanks for the advice Tony. I will be meeting people in real life from now on.

I suffered in silence for years. I accepted the few moments of bliss dispersed in the days/months of tears and emotional abuse. I had build him up so much I was ashamed to admit I got it wrong. Plus I was everyone’s go to person for relationship advice. I was ashamed. I’m still forgiving myself.

You still need to use discernment in general especially with social media. I met a gentleman on facebook. Met in a meet and greet group which had nothing to do with dating. He pursued me. Shortly before we were about to meet 2 months later it was discovered he was still in a relationship. This happened to me this week. Shocked wasn't the word and would have never believed he was being dishonest with me. Sigh. Its a challenge out here. Be careful yall. tony is right!

I remember being on one and a guy who used to be mean to me in high school messaged me saying he’s a changed man and wants to be friends. I had my police officer friend do a background check on him, and he is a straight up abuser.

Ladies listen to this man! I met my ex-husband online. Notice how I said ex-husband. Do yourself a favor. Save your money and your time.

I know I must be in protective custody because I go outside and even though I dress more on the sporty side I always get myself dressed up and look nice because that’s just what I like to do for myself. Guys stare at me a lot. They tell me how beautiful I am but a lot of times that’s kinda where it ends. I haven’t had anybody being consistent with me, well except for my ex. And I’m not giving him no play because he tried to replace me not once but TWICE with women on these dating apps and they didn’t work out for him so guess who’s phone he’s blowing up and seeing if it could work? 🙄😒 Of course, now that he realized he had a lot of work to do and the grass wasn’t greener on the other side. Go figure. Anyhow, I have been feeling a bit discouraged in the love department because of all of this but I know whoever God is preparing for me has got to be an amazing person who doesn’t take me for granted like my last one did. I deserve love that is caring and gentle and strong and powerful with someone who communicates, is willing to work together to make each other better and who wants to make me happy so we can build together. What a lot of people don't know about dating apps is that these people on there are not fully screened when it comes to a criminal background check. These online dating companies aren't held liable if something tragic were to happen to somebody. At the end of the day it's all a money-grab that preys on anti-social and insecure people. Just live your life, create your own joy and happiness, live in your purpose and be happy. Love tends to find us when we least expect it.

Tony I’m listening not even going to rehash my scary experience. But I had to PAY for a hotel for him to get out. It was crazee. This guy had a gun, a big dog, I think a secret drug habit , schizophrenic and probably a down low based on things he left behind. I’m glowing up so I can attract someone in person! Remember: anyone you meet on a dating site may still be active there, even if they are in a relationship with you. It's happened to me with all of my long-term (4) relationships from dating sites. They never deleted their account and were active. I will never use a dating site again in my life.

As far as dating apps, ots a hit or miss thing. At this point I would not reccommend anyone getting on dating apps. I think its Narcissit city.

There was a Reason I came across this video and I receive what I just heard since I've been single I've met a couple people from online and they were totally different from chatting online and texting then In person they pretended to be a good guys good guys don't judge you based off of an hour of meeting and they definitely don't change their personalities at the drop of a hat so I'm officially done with that online stuff been over it things can probably not work out if you met somebody in person as well but online you really don't know what you're getting until you see it and then even then it's a toss up protect your vibration the one that is ment for you will find you in due time if not be okay with that and just live your life and find beauty in the things you love and cherish it

Some of these dating coaches have made a whole business out of showing women how to get on these dating apps and find their husband. But in my short experience it was simply a tool for men to get easy sex. It was so ridiculous I had to bounce.

Right on, Tony. The only reason I would condone online dating for anyone is if you are in a city where there's ZERO prospectives of finding a godly spouse, so you have to expand. Even in this case, you need to MOVE! Tony has said this. Some of us need to pack our stuff, and move. But, we hold ourselves back because of friends, family, or familiarity. You have to get uncomfortable to grow--this includes getting back with God, deleting those online apps, going out the house, looking presentable, hitting the gym, taking walks, getting some hobbies, and yes, moving. 👏

my ex was seriously insecure tried to commit suicide before I met him and when he left for the 4th or 5th time in the 34 year marriage, he threatened suicide again. I was a complete prisoner for 37 years, he never stopped dating. I needed to raise my 3 children. Im free now yay.

I’ve always been against dating apps even though my friends have tried persuading me to join. However, an ex work colleague persuaded me to join the dating section on Facebook and give it a try. Does this count as a dating app?
