There is a simple solution God himself gave to Ghana regarding issues like this. Our customs, beliefs and traditions handle it easily without stress. Colonization has destroyed a lot of things.

The AG should be saving Ghana some money instead of burning to put someone in jail. Causing a financial loss to the state doesn't mean the person benefited in anyway so is it not proper to rather accept the plead bargaining and send back the cars?

In all his rantings Sammy Gyamfi never said anything about the ambulances not being fit for purpose and not arriving in the country but being fully paid for.

You lack grounds for saying this. Where are the ones your people were making noise about. In any case is the discussion about the ambulance not being fit or it’s about someone trying to abuse the law just to put somebody behind bars?

That's the job of the judge and the jury. Sammy's job is to show that there's been no fair trial, which is exactly what he's been doing.
