Known him for years, work colleague and good friend, met him when he was marrying someone else, remember thinking I like this guy, good looking and funny, over confident, and got a player vibe, but cheeky and I liked him. Sometimes a twin can look alot like a karmic. And we have multiple soul/life mates. Were all connected. But, him not reaching out to you is that person making a decision. Pray for closure on that chapter and let it go. Sometimes when you want something so bad, everything looks like a sign, but it may really just be that's what you're putting all your energy into. Take your energy back.
