You need to focus on yourself, get to know yourself again. Self-care, start a hobby, read new kind of books, go out and ask yourself what do I myself actually want to eat, do, feel today? Once you do that there will be someone else out there for you and before you know it one day you will wake up and not think about him anymore which will happen sooner than you think. You feel your spirit died because it’s been drained by him and the relationship. You will feel yourself again trust me and it will be the best feeling in the world.
