Pile 3: I work with him but he must be really good at hiding his attraction because I can’t tell most of the time. Thankfully he’s actually not with anyone anymore for a while (like a couple years) but I think he may be still having to deal with that part of his life because they do have kids together. Plus…it’s not like that wasn’t a serious relationship. They were married and I imagine the thought of being with anyone like me… who has expressed the want for a family of my own and a serious relationship…. Might not be ideal for him rn. So… idk I think he’s still trying to figure out his new life. I know he had his guard up when we first met tho… I kind of broke it down a bit lol… he’s less likely to try and put up a barrier between us now. Still not saying much but at least he’s more approachable/open and not making an obvious attempt at ignoring me. He stares at me when he thinks my focus is elsewhere too. I honestly love teasing him… it’s my favorite past time at this point. I have fun when I talk to him. I feel like I can be my self with him. I tend to usually be very reserved and quiet but since I’ve met him… I’ve been anything but my usually self around people I don’t know. I had a sense of familiarity when I met him too. Like not his appearance but his voice/energy. We have a lot of similarities and sometimes think alike or mirror each other without thinking. I can’t say that the late night thoughts aren’t mutual either… I really like him and despite me never having a physical relationship before… I can’t say that the thought of being with him hasn’t crossed my mind many times. I mean I check him out when he has his back to me… lol… can’t help appreciate what the good Lord gave him. 😅
