When I stopped caring what people think, I realized I could take on any role with complete confidence. That doesn’t mean I don’t take constructive criticism etc. but I don’t let anyone’s opinions affect the happiness I get out of acting. 😊👍

actually i can tell you -myself being an introvert - only few first workshop meeting are stressful, also introverts have a higher chance to get better as they unlock at some point, i feel like introverst are juz very scared or stressed, but that also is an important principle - if you're not scared or stressed even when reading the script of the first time - there is something wrong with you
