Omg my husband and I are addicted to the warrens sound..absolutely amazing sound system!

I remember when we got a sound system in my house and the first THX logo in this video made me jump and it would give me chills too. A lot of people say starwars got them into VFX but to tell you the truth, I always thought the thunderstorm in a bottle and glass shatter was the coolest thing. That's definitely one of the things that made me want to learn it.

The THX logo with the plants was from the blu-ray of Avatar.

The plant orchestra THX logo has some super suspicious looking leaves, it's a miracle that they were approved in prudish America

I used to work in a theater that had THX & DTS in separate auditoriums. The sound trailers would freak some kids AND older adults out. It's not weird (unless you want it to be) and you're definitely not alone. For example: Nobody liked the THX Robot trailers. At all. They thought he was creepy. The most popular was the Wayne's World THX trailer.

I'm already pissed off by the countdown. The image has to freeze for the film to get stuck in the light, melt, and burn. And it stops counting down with 1 frame of "2", with a single-frame beep, usually a 1K tone. I'm just too picky, I guess.
