Don't bother, these kinds of people assume that humans are always the problem in these kinds of stories, even when given full context.

Guys, the SCP Foundation is trying to use *Reverse-Psychology* on us. Instead of *not* recognizing the bodies in the water, we *have to* recognize the bodies in the water, only then we can fully undestand SCP-2316. _joke :)_

I do not recognize the bodies in the water.

The Foundation writers have been occasionally experimenting with a new system for further classifying how dangerous a contained SCP actually is. It has exactly the same idea as the NFPA Hazard Diamond (the red, yellow, blue and white Diamond with the numbers that indicates how flammable, toxic and corrosive a substance is. You see them on tanker trucks). This one in particular is a _very_ complicated work, even by TheVolgun’s typical standards; SCP-2316 itself is an article of very differing format from others on the website but it is also one of the highest rated in SCP history. His videos are normally the Dr. Millar character reading the article, but this one took the creep factor to the max On the subject of “playing with stuff,” this is why the Foundation contains these things and isolates them rather than attempts to _destroy_ them; SCP-1609 is a textbook example of an item that has become far more hazardous because of attempts to destroy it (this is also another one TheVolgun has done a reading for!) Also also: the scramble noises that you hear in the video are TheVolgun’s way of making an “auditory” version of black bars, [REDACTED] and [DATA EXPUNGED] rather than say that over and over.

This is one of the best that the Volgun has ever done, genuinely creepy!

It's a shame it didn't delve into the further implication, that the bodies are all the victims of the SCP experiments, and it is a corpse dumping ground.

i think out of all the hazards an scp can pose against a regular humanoid specimen, a "Cognitohazard" or cognitive denial malfunction, is among the worst. A complete "Altering" of the mind is irreversible, and all SCP-2316-A instances are terminated immediately for the safety of the staff. The reason the "File" is corrupted is because the foundation believed that if they allowed the anomaly to SOLEY exist inside the lake, the anomalous cognitohazard effects would only be accessible to the terminal.

This is part of larger series of SCP files concerning the Class of 76. The over all plot is rather vague, but the main idea is that SOMETHING bad happened to the Class of 76. And to the marching band.

This girl needs to read up some of the funner or funnier SCPs like 420-j, 999, or even 729-j
