Many congratulations 👏🏻 .. my grandfather was a pioneer in the West Yorkshire regiment during WW1 and I’m sure he would be proud of this recognition 😊

It took us 138yrs to get the title Royal and they did it in 17 ... that means they must be 8 X better than us! 😱🤔

Just in time for amalgamation.
The Regiment needs a new colonel-in-chief but the duke is far too much of a liability to the royal family now. I'd reccommend his daughter Princess Beatrice be given the honour in order to keep the York connection

Incorrect. You can own shotguns with a capacity of no more than 3 round if you have a clean police record. You can own shotguns of higher capacity or rifles if you have a hunting permission or are a member of a shooting club and have passed your probation. You can own a pistol for humane despatch or if you are an historic weapons collector. You can carry a fixed blade knife of no more than 3.5 inches with justification.

Stripping away all the antecedents glories.. They are just now unknown cannon fodder instead of being unique regiments I blame Graham Binns for all of this...the powers that be totally destroyed The Kings Division Regiments..who all had their own character. Royal Yorkshire Regiment...what ballox
