Tai mountain is harder to climb too, you could climb whole night and see the sun comes out.

The restaurants aren't overpriced. You have to consider how much effort they bring the food up there.

There are some stalls along the way that do require manual labour as can be seen at 2:50. We were very impressed with the guy physically carrying up the drinks!! However, the restaurant is located near the cable carts. Food is brought there with the cable carts. The reason it was so crowded there is because everyone made use of the cable carts. Almost nobody walked all the way up, understandably. If we were to do it again, we would take the cable carts too :)

Isabelle Muzerie oh there are cable carts? It makes more sense though. How many times more expensive would you say the food up there?

Yes, there are cable carts :) I would say it is about 4x as expensive.

you can travel from hangzhou to huangshan by bullet train now

Yellow mountain is the most amazing mountain in China.

It was amazing! Even with the limited view we had with the weather that day. I heard Zhangjiajie is also breathtaking!

That is true, you should go to visit, Zhangjiajie is famous because of the Avatar.

You two look like real nice couple, and very sane people as well, not like that one at 2:06 who does something so dangerous by sitting on the fence of the bridge, thank god you are not a girl like her.
