Soto I think is a big yes, Verdugo might not with Spencer Jones and Jasson coming… hopefully they will give Spencer some reps at first in the minors to take Rizzos spot

Soto is almost a guarantee for the talent we gave up for him.. Verdugo is a stop gap for Spencer Jones or Jasson Dominguez.. yankee out field in the next 5 years. RF - Juan Soto.. CF - Jasson Dominguez.. LF - Spencer Jones.. DH - All Rise..

@@christopherwoodson7162 he's played it in HS and I think, if I'm not mistaken, gave him playing time in the minors. if he were to have that option, it then gives the Yanks the ability to platoon the DH position.. I'm with you, I like Rizzo and hope we get a chip as a fan of the team and also so soften to blow of the decision to move on from players like Rizzo m, Verdugo, Torres and DJ.. I say next yr bring in Jones, Jasson full-time and platoon Catcher/1B Rice allow Oswaldo to be the Swiss army knife

Best team I have seen from the Yankees in a bit, great line up and dangerous.

These games against teams like the jays shouldn't be close. The Jays manager got tossed for arguing a strike a call that was a lil low yeah; but the yanks delt with it all series & he wants to complain only when they're about to lose. Funny. These games against these type of teams should never be close. But when your #1/#2 guy goes 1-13 with 6 SOs in the series it's hard to do anything. Let's go yanks

Offense has been terrible as of late. But pitching & field have caused the yanks these losses. To many errors, free bases & walks.

Its regular season so I understand that a manager can't burn out his bullpen trying to win every game. Blue Jays manager decided he'd have to take a L and left his relief pitcher out there for the Yankees to climb back in the game and eventually win it. Part of the managerial process.

imo judge should hit before soto so he can potentially get more pitches to hit. Soto has a better eye so if he gets nothing to hit he will gladly take the walk

Judge with a regular base hit, for once it didn't look like he was trying to hit it out. He can be so effective when he just gets base hits

My expectations are high now. I want to see the yankees hit better. They have the 15th ranked scoring lineup. The yankees are winning is mostly due to their good pitching that is 5th ranked. The yankees lineup is producing way better than 2023 lineup but they definitely need to hit better if they want to win the championship.
