Not only is she talented, not only is she so pretty, she can pull off that hat and style like nobody's business!

Simon's humanity has been waiting in the wings for years and finally he allowed himself to look into a child's eyes, his own child, and seems to now understand how one can judge and criticize without undermining heart and soul, instead, upholding something rather pure: kindness. So pleased to see you growing into the man I'm sure you hope your son will become. Great job, too, Shan. You radiate kindness and love.

I doubt most of us, me in particular, believe or even hope that Simon or any contestants read our comments. We're a watching community just talking about what we've watched, sharing our thoughts--with anyone who cares to read/listen. It's a collective experience, just as if we were sitting shoulder to shoulder in the audience enjoying or cringing the audition. Never entered my mind Simon would read my comments. They're simply an observation many have shared. Now, did I clear it up for you? :) You weren't being a dickhead, just a little confused!

Over the years, there have been many outstanding singers on all of the talent shows throughout the world, but very few of them have Shan's gentleness and beauty. When I started watching this season, I was concerned that it might not be as good as last season, because last season's singers (and songwriters), from all categories, were phenomenal. However, after witnessing Anthony make a comeback and seeing Shan sing the most effortless, sensitive, and powerful cover of this song I've ever heard, I'm completely confident that this season is going to be memorable. :)

Yes i totally agree the girls singers are the best iv seen on the XFactor for some time Shan was amazing but she has one other person to look out for and that is Lanya Matthews who also has an amazing voice and we dont know who is to come yet ? and not to forget the at the end its down to the Public to decide and as history shows the Public have got it wrong numerous times
