The 'Cheeky Smile' and shrug James gave upon the finish of his performance made me immediately break into a wide grin and happy chuckle. (Thank goodness because I had lost my jaw on that first note when it dropped clear down to the floor.) James Hughes has such a jubilant attitude that expressly exudes an immediate sense of confidence and charming likeability.

His dad seemed so PROUD made me so happy. Good kid.

The look on simons face after James started singing is priceless

He's so happy. Like little kid on Christmas morning happy. :)

Ya, absolutely. Thank you for uploading this audition. I really and truly agree with the judges about his voice and soul connection to music. I think this young man should go far in the competition and I certainly hope so. He and his family have had to deal with a lot of loss of relatives and James going far in the competition will help. He needs a break and someone to work with him. @James Hughes, it would not surprise me if you made it big in the future. The very best of luck to you James.
