Even if the number of cheaters doesn't increase, it feels like it does because less and less regular players bother with trials either because its a bad return on their time invested when considering their skill in PvP or becasue the match against cheaters and get put off. Congrats to the suits for firing the player security team that dealt with the anticheat in this game.

as a mediocre player (im a .5-1.2, depending on the weekend) I get so many annoying toxic callouts, that demovitate me from playing further. Trials community is not welcoming to regular/newer players. But then they complain no one else plays trials no more. Not trying to call you out. Im just getting annoyed at the same people being toxic to everyone thats not a 2.0 and then also complain no one plays

I had a guy flying around with some sort of full auto rocket sniper doing the linear fusion sound. It was like the unholy child of ten weapons but i guess thats totally normal and undetectable

This is why I stopped playing Trials.

Seeing a bunch of people that denied cheating when I called them out with fresh bans on their accounts yesterday was cathartic hahaha.

Dude this was one of the roughest weekends ever. Managed to get flawless solo but it was not fun at all.

It's weird I've never run into absolute blatant cheaters before but joined a match yesterday where some guy was flying around at Mach 5 with instakill rapid fire sidearms... In normal 6's

Same, I ran into my first cheater in an Iron Banner match. At first I was just like "this guy's aim is cracked with a side arm" then saw the kill feed was nothing but head shots with a side arm. Looked him up on Steam and saw a previous vac ban on their account

Yeah I lost on a 5 win and then on a 6 win and finally got it on like my 9th card. Was a pretty miserable weekend ngl. Flawless didn’t even feel that good after all of that lol

Every time I enter trials it’s always cheaters and I just keep reporting. For about a week now I’ve bee. Getting the “thank you we banned somebody” message from bungie every time I log in. It’s quite sad and I wish it wasn’t like this

I struggled to go solo flawless cos it was either ultra laggy or cheating players. and matches where I had neg stat team mates and three 2+ kd players on op team.

I dont think i encountered any chesters but it was a tough weekend. I never went on any win streaks like i usually do. It kept being 1 win, 1 loss, vice versa. Rng with teamates in solo que was a crap shoot

I miss the days of D1 trials so bad. It had it's sweaty moments, but nowadays people play like they're in the final round of a million dollar tourny. Hell they even do that in quickplay. It's nearly impossible to play "off meta" meme stuff without wanting to delete the game lol.

This first week of the season the crucible was horrendous. Obscene trial map, all playlists with skill matchmaking except rift (worst mode in the game) and relic which is too much of a spam...

What’s also sad is Bungie isn’t going to do anything about it the hackers.

Why Bungie, the game company that just loves numbers and stats can't do a simple system to just pull data from trials report and identify blatant cheaters by their headshot ratios that are not only humanly impossible, but statistically impossible too. Juust ban them for life, ban their hardware so they can't play, or put them into a cheaters only pool, where they will never escape, and to add insult to injury, lock them out of raids, dungeons, seasonal activities, nightfalla/grandmasters and campaing missions, they con only play core activities matched up with cheaters.

Somebody gotta say it. Method popped off and took one for the team. Gotta give the credit

I’m so glad I stopped playing trials. One by one everyone I played trials with quit because of cheaters. It’s embarrassing how many people openly cheat and nothing happens. And even worse people defend them “they are just really good.”

This is just a theory, but Bungie is suing every cheat manufacturer for millions. I think they're happy about the free money and will do shit to prevent it.

I guarantee thats either a purchased acc or a account recovery just to cheat because he will get banned at some point so he’ll just buy another. At this point theres almost no reason to touch trials since the population is so low your chances of matching cheaters just goes up the more cheaters play since they make legit people stop playing, and the cycle continues. The weekend before this one when it was jav 4 i played arcweb 3 times, 1 as a duo and 2 as a trio

Got to 6 wins then lost 3 in a row to cheaters on TWO different cards. Gave up for the week.
