if you put a boiling hot tea bag straight in the bin you increase the rate of growth of bacteria on other waste left in the bin due to its temperature which causes rancid smells. That is why you leave the teabag to cool before binning it. Hope this helps.

Even as a woman I can't agree with Fiona when she talks about how she showers. WASH YOUR HAIR AND BODY AT THE SAME TIME AND THEN DO HAIR AND MAKE UP YOU'LL STILL BE FRESH 😭

What madman puts their makeup on before having a shower?? 😂😂 I also had an argument with a taxi driver once because he didn't know where our destination was.. he had maps up on his phone and didn't know how to use it lol pissed me right off

Owen Bollard he apologised to slazo in private first and he forgave him, all Alex did was believe a supposed rape victim who has ‘proof’ even though she didn’t show everything, much like most people he criticised slazo before he told his side of the story which youtubers like keemstar and kavos criticised him for even though they did the exact same thing, why should he apologise to the public when it has NOTHING to do with them.

Also, I hate how this dude started a discussion with 'and he didn't even apologise!' as one of his main points and immediately doubled down like a clown when he realised he was wrong. It's a perfect little facsimile of the Alex and Slazo situation, in which he's Alex. Now, if he contacts you and sincerely apologises for being a twat and believing something so silly with only circumstantial (or bad faith) evidence then I think he will have done the right thing. If he lacks the self awareness to see what he's previously been convinced of is untrue, that's when it becomes problematic.

Nah man, you're going about this whole teabag holder thing the wrong way. It isn't about how hard it is to put it in the bin, it's to let the teabags dry off a bit so you're not chucking a wet teabag in the bin and getting the rubbish all juicy and drippy with tea dregs

I know I’m four months too late to this comment but: Just use the spoon to squeeze the teabag against the inside of the mug to get the liquid out, takes two seconds, then you can put it in the bin and it won’t be dripping 😂

Nothing weird about using a big spoon or a fork to stir your tea if a) you don't need to measure sugar and b) you've run out of teaspoons. There I said it.

I'm a younger person, later teens and enjoy the podcast and I have a short story that happened to me to make Stevie feel better about his knee. I once got on the bus in my school uniform and as we were getting on there were two other older women. We'd been waiting there for about three minutes I had said good morning to be polite (which is hard cause I'm a weird introvert) and she did the good old smile. I waited right in front of where the bus usually stopped. It came round the corner and stopped a step away from me I took a step to the left and the two ladies began to walk closer to the bus. I had said good morning to the bus driver which was much easier because they were always nice, I sat right up the front because there were heaps of seats and I planned to get off soon. I sat down and one of the ladies come up to me and say "you should really wait for others to get on the bus before you" I have no idea what was wrong with this lady because I was at the door of the bus when it stopped so in my head a few things were happening: .either since I was in public school uniform I was inferior .or since I was younger I had to cater to the elderly .or because she had a god complex she was just a B*TCH Anyway, the bus driver had a shocked look on her face almost like she was yawning so I was confused as to if she had heard that of not, I turned to see where she was seated and she smiled at me like she had struck a cold blow. I got off the bus around 8 minutes later and the bus driver reassured me saying I did nothing wrong and asked if I was alright. I started on my merry way to a stop before school as I was an early leaver so I had plenty of time. I just cried. I wasn't quite sure if I was overwhelmed by how someone could actually act like that or shocked, someone had spoken to me in a negative tone (again introverted) when it had seemed like I'd done nothing wrong. Love all of you and hate weird people who shouldn't be allowed to leave their house. Thank god, she was a boomer because the corona is gonna wipe out the Karens. Sorry Karens who are really nice you'll probably live. It's the basic principles of karma. (Btw karma can be good.) #karmaforkarens Edit: Sorry I said it was short it's a mild story :)

I was sitting on a bus and it was empty and a guy came on and SAT NEXT TO ME and i felt so uncomfortable!! Then he started talking to me and asked me out (eventhough we didn’t even know eachother) and i told him to move away lol

we have a plastic pint cup as our teabag holder, basically pile up all our teabags and then chuck them in the bin we wash up the cup as soon as it’s been emptied

To be fair black cab drivers have a right to hate Uber drivers, it literally takes them YEARS to learn the knowledge and pass to get their cab license and yet almost anyone can sign up to be an uber driver. That's why they have no idea where they are going, because unlike a cabbie they haven't studied and memorised road maps of the area for 4 years!

The teabag plate is something my Nana used to do. It's a hangover from when rationing was in place. They used to use teabags two or three times so would just save them on a little side plate.

I agree to an extent with the video intros, but i will say a golden rule for an entertainer is to basically spoon-feed the audience. You cant be misinterpreted if you make the point you are trying to get across very very clear to all audiences. especially if you are a family friendly entertainer or have a very very broad fanbase. You just need to find the balance between being clear, and not making the audience feel like you think they are stupid.
