I’m a lawyer at a large law firm here and it’s very interesting how a lot of the principles that apply in prison gangs at the highest levels are also shared in law firms at a high level (firm’s management committee, compensation committee, etc.). Survival of the fittest! And most people aren’t your friends even though they say they are. Cold world out there…

Facts. I’m been a convict in CA, and eventually got my life together, got an MBA and worked at high level ad agencies. None of those people knew about my dark past, but I found myself going back to those instincts when navigating my career. Especially upper management/C-Level shit.

I spent majority of my life incarcerated since age 12, and developed a keen sense of understanding people. With the thousands of personalities I’ve interacted with, I’ve learned to adapt well. With all that said, I’ve discovered that human traits, methods and strategies, cravings for personal gains, and manipulative tactics lie in all levels of society. It’s bout having the ability to recognize it. It’s only a cold world cus those who do not align with those ways either learn to become like rest or Do Not stand firm enough to change it

BIG FACTS!! I'm a hairdresser. I've been with the same company for 23 years. From Houston to London to Dallas to California, and I'm finally back in DFW. My clientele is mostly women, but I get the occasional dude. A lot of lawyers, doctors, and young rich housewives and they tell me the wildest shit. These housewives are just as cutthroat as lawyers and surgeons. I grew up in the streets and lived that life until prison smartened me up. All things being equal, I'd rather kick it with my old crimies sometimes bc I can relate to the lufe much easier than I can relate to these professional sociopaths. They are viscous! They move worse than street dudes. Especially the housewives and lawyers....They tell me some grimey ahit they be doing to people in their circles or at the law firms and laugh about ruining peoples lives just to get over. You're right. It's a cold ass world. These civilians go hard in the paint!!!!

When I was a young man growing up in dago, my family really was messed up on drugs and in the life so I didn't get a lot of hugs the only people that took care of me were real solid dudes of the Latino persuasion and I'm Italian so they considered me white but all the old Mexican grandmas that make tortillas with their handprint on it would make sure that I ate and when I was about 11 the homeboy's showed me how to make some money and if it wasn't for the Latino Community nobody would have looked out for me so to see a channel like yours flourish and do what you're doing and trying to help everybody Gracias my friend🙏

That’s funny I had a similar situation growing up around northerners in Salinas.I was the only black kid at the quinceanera and would get dragged to church with my Mexican friends on Sunday. It was rough, a lot of fights at first but eventually once they got to know me it was all good. I miss those days

Happy 4th homeboy. They call me Kreeper from SE x SD. I paroled from C-Yard High Desert 180°. I did 6 yrs. I started level 1 but I got off from CRC soon as I touched down, climbed up all the levels and caught 4 more years from my original 2 yr sentence after putting in work, never turned down the jales the homies asked of me. Now I finally paroled back in March. I've been working soon as i came out in construction, trying to do good. I see your videos, it's cool seeing a good camarada trying to drop knowledge, hopefully a youngster or two could see your videos and learn not to get caught up. I remember when I was in Chackwalla Valley State Prison 2007 -08 in the hole when a vato from Ironwood was running the hole. 1 of many rules he implied was no disrespecting anybody including a PC. He said if you lower your standers then you deserve to be on the other side along with them. We're not called to be Cell warrior's. You don't know that vatos story but you also don't know when your time will be called to end up on that side. True story.
