I love how this episode is just Jacob sweating his ass off trying to get Little Mac into Elite Smash while Jo and Dash are in the background shitting on games people like.

The reason people got mad at the origami king playthrough was because in like the 3rd or 4th episode they didn't read what they had to do and then got mad because they didn't know where to go and said it was bad game design or smth and the fact that they completely forgot about it and are oblivious to the reason people got mad is even funnier

I think the diamond analogy with terraria would be more accurate if there were like half a dozen diamond alternatives that were equally rare in different ways, lol. The rng is stupid but the game has so much content that you'll always get _something_ to work with anyway.

I mean this only applies for itmes like the ankh charm or the cell phone and maybe terra spark boots, and while all these items are nice to have, you really don't need them that much. Oh and rod of discord. You can also install mods for crafting recipes

It's a bit funny watching alpharad constantly shitting on little mac players and then his entire gameplay this episode is just spamming forward smash until he gets grabbed or hit by a projectile. It's almost like he has some kind of complex that makes him cocky until he flies too high and then he comes crashing down.

FYI it’s called Daedalus Complex, it’s named after the guy who made those wax wings icarus used to fly too close to the sun

Rocket slime is a fucking based DS game where the main mechanic is stretching yourself out to launch yourself into enemies and then carrying trash and throwing it everywhere. And then you use all the trash you've collected over the course of the game in giant mech battles where you launch trash at the enemy mech.

Bruh, I have been slighted. I love terraria and can't wait to play the journey's end update once I'm home from college

@@LordTerias yeah but the rng still really sucks, the one bad thing about the game is that it can just decide to not give you an item and you can kill a boss or farm enemies for hours just to get something with like a 10% drop rate. It’s especially infuriating when you get an item much rarer than the one you’re looking for with relative ease (coming from someone who actively plays and enjoys the game)

These have all just devolved into "Alpha suffering while jo and dash have a podcast"

The glitch that "killed" any% in OoT made 100% absolutely insane. 100% OoT is a fire speedrun to watch.

Yo rocket slime is an incredible game, absolutely top 10 for me

Think of terraria as Minecraft in the style of a metroidvania, but also has lots of bosses and good combat

I know this isn't the tweet, but my answer would be Ori and the Will of the Wisps. As a person who has -always- been a diehard fan of Metroidvanias, I consider that one the -best- one in the entire genre, if not the best game I've ever enjoyed. I can't think of any qualms I even have with the game beyond a couple small tweaks for QoL.

Of course Altrive doesn’t like persona 4 he is from persona 5

The xenoblade 2 part of the podcast reminded me of the time a friend invited me to his house, explained Xenoblade 2 for an hour, then 10-0d me in Arms. It was a horrible experience but a really funny story

I sure wish mr Jacob and mr Jo and mr Dakota ;have a fun time in this episode

I personally have a grouch against among us because I don’t have friends every time I wanted to play among us no one wanted to play or didn’t had time and then one time I finally managed to make a 10 player group for the new map the server went down

I would agree with everything except rod of discord. Rod is so broken that even mods that make it craftable (calamity mod) nerf it, and it completely flips combat on its head for every class. It should realistically be either way more accessible or nerfed severely.

My take on Persona 4 is that it's a pretty good story which would probably be better off as a book or anime than a game if it weren't for the twist ending (that really hits different when you are playing the game yourself). It's almost like they made the entire thing a game just for that twist ending (and honestly I don't mind) but the game is absolutely boring a *lot* of the time, even if I enjoyed it overall and don't regret playing it
