At least nowadays they might have some IQ 300 ideas of keeping their shard over going second relic. Back then, there was no reason to not get a second active.

the craziest part was that Geb didn't die once 🤣

Honestly, it would be funny for anyone in this match to see it in a video of being one of the worst Smite matches ever. It would be sort of like a very serious actor seeing a movie they made at the dollar store. The commentators not being able to take it seriously was golden. The ear-bud/noise warnings were very considerate.

This is almost every ranked game in the last two months I swear! What a game!

At this point in smite blink didn't go as far as it goes now, and you had to be out of combat for like 5 seconds to use it. It probably had a longer cooldown than nowadays too. I definitely don't think it was "bad" like they were saying but it definitely wasn't what it is now

They were just talking about buying blink on janus being bad - blink was really strong back then! It went way further than it does now, and had an insanely short cool down at rank 3 - just not good on a janus who needs an aegis desperately

Hmm... Doesn't particularly ring any bells, the closest thing I can think of off the top of my head was a match at one of hirez's jokey events (a spring fling event maybe?) when xaliea locked in fenrir when they did a troll pro match and absolutely destroyed with it... I would say that's either s2 or s3 spring fling? But otherwise not sure!
