I love this retrospective format, I’d enjoy seeing the top 5 items of 2023 as well. I’ve started to avoid fast food - the costs are out of control, the taste generally just isn’t there compared to local restaurants or cooking at home, and given that people I live with have extreme issues with fat, salt, and sugar, I don’t end up there most of the time. So honestly, your positive reviews are the only things that drag me into a fast food restaurant. If you say that the item is a good value for the money, I’ll consider buying it.

I would love to see him start mixing it up with the food reviews. Do some gourmet food trucks, maybe a food/travel vlog, maybe some special events as well from time like food festivals, or maybe a state or county fair. Would love to see him get his reaction to an event like The State Fair of Texas!

yeah I can't go to the basic places like McDonalds and Burger king anymore, not only is the price way too high they give me digestion issues. Even dunkin food stuff does a number on my gut these days. I usually stick to chick fil a or wendy's, sometime 5 guys but mostly try to avoid fast food otherwise.

Comparing the offering from a restaurant to "institutional food" "something served in a prison" was the strongest condemnation ever, BK needs some aloe for that burn.

Man I kid you not, after watching Regular Show, I've been dying for a quality grilled cheese fast food place

In my experience the worst item I had this year was the Papa John’s Doritos Cool Ranch Papadias, found it absolutely revolting to eat and genuinely makes me sick to my stomach everytime I think about it, can’t even enjoy cool ranch doritos as much as I used to anymore

The worst thing I ate was also the worst thing you ate. Burger King knows how to make a fine commercial, but their follow-through with the end product is just terrible.

I really enjoyed the format. Personally, the worst fast food item of 2023 that I tried was the Arby's Philly Cheesesteak. It was just outright horrible, I don't think there was one positive thing to be said about it.

my worst experience was the big mac, twice, 2 different restaurants. The first was so bad i said never again but after a couple of months I tried one at the second location. I couldn't finish it. I've been eating Bid Macs since they came out and am now done with them..

I read that McDonalds is rolling out the "improved" Big Mac. Brioche bun, more sauce, burger pattys cooked differently. I agree with you...taste changed and not for the better. The bun now has odd taste.

Yeah I remember how bad that Burger King sandwich was but I'm surprised you didn't put that little Caesar review where they had the raw dough! I avoid Little Caesars lately because I've had two incidents where I've received an undercooked Pizza like it was obvious like the cheese wasn't even melted

...you mean you've had a LC pizza that was fully cooked? I never have. They're ALWAYS undercooked- and I've had them in 5 different states! We always get them, bring them home and rebake them

@Planag7, I just put in a similar comment right before seeing yours -- Reviewbrah said some of the most unflattering things I EVER heard about that horribly soggy pie. The Little Caesars by my Significant Other gave us two shrunken Detroit-Style pizzas, which would have been remedied by letting the gluten in that dough relax for some time before trying again.

I really liked this format. Pacing was great, edits were great, and for me as im catching in your videos a "year in review" was a very helpful format.

I commend you for even trying that Arbys pork crap. I’d genuinely be scared to take a bite. Their burgers were surprisingly good though.

Worst thing I had this year was a simple cheeseburger and french fry from culvers. I waited 30 min while they continued to give food to people who arrived after me, (even the family of 4 who also got milkshakes) when I got the burger it was cold. Wasted my entire lunch break.
