This past 9 months I have been really depressed and not looked after my teeth. I am so anxious now. I have a wobbly tooth and I am fortunate to have the money to fix it. I'm just really anxious about it. I thank you for your videos - from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺 🙏 ❤️ ♥️

I can sympathise. I struggle with depression and have never taken the best care of my teeth just from lack of energy or motivation. Now at 36 the clock has caught up with me and I've had 3 crowns done in a year after spending the majority of my life with no cavities.

@30roundclipazine79 Me too! I had perfect teeth and then mental health issues resulting in poor dental care. I have gone and got it fixed now and I feel so much better! I totally empathise. Hopefully you're getting to the dentist too.

An alternative to using mints to freshen your breath is swirl a small amount of minty toothpaste :) As a mint addict I find this helps a lot.

Thoughts on hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash everyday? I know someone who uses it everyday for 5 minutes swishes in mouth and never had a cavity and the whitest teeth I’ve ever seen. He’s been doing it for 10 years now.

I need more! How about replacing old cavities. Why? How often? What's better the old mercury or tooth color? Do u have to brush the roof of ur mouth? What to do if ur teeth shift after braces? What happens if u use ur teeth on those little plastic balls from the quarter machine? If a tooth chips What do u do? Why do people always say buy Clove oil if u get dental work?

I have heard that using mouthwash after toothpaste washes away the fluoride, which should be sitting on the teeth for 30mins. Do you still recommend regular listerine mouthwash after brushing? Is there much benefit to using mouthwash on top of brushing and flossing?

Florida in tooth paste is ok but the Federal Government said drinking it is very bad and ordered it removed from all the water supplies! Check it out! Oh and yes at 72 I have been through hard soft medium and all the above, it seems like a lot of times the medical profession needs to do more research and make up their mind, like I remember when milk and eggs were bad for your health! Oh and do you have a video about gum recession???

I was advised by a family friend to have my molars removed so that when my wisdoms grow out, I will not experience pain and will decrease my chances of crooked teeth. At the time, I thought it was a great idea because my teeth aren't crooked, and my wisdom just popped out with too much pain, but when I recently visited my dentist, she that it was a bad idea.🎉

@@Dr.BrettLangston I'm a 1950's child where fluoride was thought to be the best thing since ice cream. Sparklett's water with fluoride was a thing. Then, studies came out that said fluoride was bad for the teeth and impacts health. So, now when I see fluoride in toothpaste, I avoid it. Have you any idea of these studies and is fluoride only dangerous when in water?

quitting fluoride was the #1 best thing i did for my teeth. my sensitivity, which was debilitating, is GONE and has been for the past few years since my switch off of it. the dentists i went to recommended an even stronger fluoride toothpaste to help with my sensitivity, but when i saw it made it WORSE, i stopped cold turkey and wow i'm so glad i did!!
