sounds bad, but greed is fine. it’s often bred from passion. what’s not fine, is the guy’s inability to back up his “greed” and covering his tracks up poorly. as the saying goes, you dont get punished for breaking the rules, but rather for being caught. if he did a better job we wouldnt have known about this at all, the case wouldn’t have existed. thanks to media, we only see the ones that get caught, not the ones that get away with it

Have you seen the one video of Budd Dwyer from 1987. He shot himself on live Tv after being convicted in 1986 of bribery charges. Of course I’m not bringing it up for the “without raising suspicion” cause I’d say a revolver is pretty suspicious when pulled out. But just the fact that he killed himself in front of a crowded room and TV
This is truly terrifying

I feel like I'm missing something, but based on just this video it sounds to me like he DIDN'T actually burn his own house down and the cyanide pill was his tragic but dramatic response to being sentenced for it. Perhaps the people in the comments read up on more of the story and actually got an example of the evidence that it was him, but so far it just looks like everyone trusts the judicial system too much.

Yea like I saw this video and some man was explaining how two robbers stole a mans motorcycle and the man was chasing them to get his motercycle back, but one of the idiot robbers crashed the motorcycle and the man and the 2 robbers went to court and since the robbers got injured on his property, the man was the one that got arrested and he got a sentence for 5 yrs and the robbers only got community service. Also, now that the man has a criminal record, his wife had to get abortion because she didn’t want to have a kid with the father having a criminal record. It’s also really hard now for the man to get a job with a criminal record so a gofundme was started for him. But, that story really shows how messed up the justice system is 😠
I'm not even religious, but I can agree with the point that greed can be a life-destroying sin. You see it in businesses that jack up the prices on everything, in America's horrible medical bills and insurance fees, and in game shows like Deal or No Deal all the time. Greed can destroy you and the people around you
The TRASH took itself out
Money and greed ruins lives
@gefloigle

Money is just a tool. Greed does indeed ruin lives. People can also be “greedy” for power, popularity, et cetera. If money didn’t exist, it wouldn’t eliminate greed-the greedy heart would find a different thing to use.
People can't burn their own house
GOD IS KING
What a douchebag to do that to his family-first, the insurance fraud/arson and then killing himself and leaving his wife and kids with nothing. Hopefully, he at least had savings.
THIS IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY GREED IS A SIN
It's terrifying and heartbreaking 😢😓😞

I would also rather die than spend a decade in prison. If it were a short period I could possibly handle it but mentally I couldn’t survive prison.
Nah this ain't it, there was a Croatian general named Slobodan Praljak who was getting his sentance read for the war crimes he committed during the Bosnian War, he stood up said he is not a war criminal and he rejects the sentance and drank a cyanide pill, btw this was broadcasted live in Croatia
May i ask what Music title is used in this short?

I don't get it he couldn't do ten years where rich people go like Martha Stewart went to unless he made a plea deal I'm sure he would have gotten off early.
Money can't guarantee happiness, but it can make your life easier. Some people happy with something to eat everyday, some people happy with a place to call home, some people happy with a bike, some people happy with 1 car and many more. The important thing is to be grateful for what they have. Because some millionaires can't be happy even if they have a castle sized house, golf course in the backyard, swimming pool in the side, garage full of cars worth millions and many more. They can have any car, house, going places they want. So many of them got bored easily and never grateful for what they have that many others jealous of their riches. Or their kids that goes to school that have many friends and always goes to movies or any other entertaining places but he/she's always paying and their friends won't be with him/her if they didn't pay for it. Money can make life easier but it's not guaranteed to make you happy. Have a great days👍

Because the damage caused by the fire will usually require insurance payout to repair/rebuild. Why should insurance company foot the bill. However on the other hand, if you lived on a large property and planned on knocking down and rebuilding etc and that people who lived at the property were aware of impending fire and had notice, and if you weren’t going to claim any insurance, then yes, you probably could burn your house down without being charged.
