Hello, KZread Fay is back! And she’s having Super Long Nails On full-Length Tips keep watching!
I'm going to start by giving Fay's nails a wipe-over using the Kirsty Meakin clean up solution then I can start to size my tips up and we will be using the Nailed By Lucy tips today when I have the tips sized up I can stick them on with the WOWBOA nail tip glue.
To get these into shape I’m going to cut off the edges at an angle just from the side of the number then I can support the nail and go in with a file to soften those sharp corners.
Now I’ll use a medium grit sanding band to blend in the contact area of the tip then we can give these another wipe over ready for the application.
Let's prime the natural nails using the Glitterama Power bond Primer because we are using the Glitterama Powders then we can sculpt these five smile lines using Dainty Doll.
Now we can file around the smile line to make that wall nice and Sharpe and straight.
Now for the fun bit, I’m going to go in using my Glitterama powders and create some patches of color filling the remaining space on the nail then after that has had a chance to set I can get my clear acrylic on my brush dip that into the Gaelic Glitters and place those on the nail too making sure I leave some of the color visible underneath and then ill do the same with my chrome foil but only use a little of the foil.
With the Artwork done I can encapsulate all that goodness into the design with clear acrylic.
Now it's time to file these into shape but first I’m going to set up a metal file board so ill clean that over first using the Navy hygiene system then ill stick a 150 and a 180 grit file to it and now we can file these and make them beautiful.
Now its time to add some bling and Fay is having an MA-HOO-SIVE diamond butterfly :D that I will put on with clear acrylic and then we will add a few extra bits and bobs too using the Nailchemy crystal totals gem glue.
Now we can give these a topcoat but just press up to the stones don’t go over them or you will lose the facets of the stones and that’s all folks! Just a generous serving of cuticle oil and we are finished!

Catfishing with nails! Yes! I've heart learned to sculpt and I adore the lengthening of the nail bed. I'll never go back to the traditional American ways of doing nails. I love the thin, super c curve, long, sharp smile line look. They look and feel much more natural and enjoyable to me 🥰

This was a good starting video of Faye having her normal nails on. And she wasn't that picky in this one. I still think you should do a video where you blindfold Faye and she can't see her nails until the very end. All she can do is hear what's going on lol. That would be a very fun video to watch. Faye is a pain in the bum,but so funny! When you said you "might have kicked her face in" lol,I'm sorry I did laugh. Those nails are soooo pretty,and how therapeutic watching you do smile lines,I find it really calms and grounds me,and I love to see the beautiful,perfect,pristine cuticles when you've prepped them. I have never had a manicure of any kind, I can imagine it is quite restful having one done,unless it's Faye,lol! BTW Kirsty your eyes look so beautiful,and the shadow today is very pretty.x

Congratulations on getting a kitty Fay. I got a kitty last January, my nieces friends told her he was 8 weeks old but he was only 4 weeks and so he needed extra attention, he is still such a baby. He’s laying in my arms like a baby right now.

word on getting the tiny smol tiny. i'd never had a kitten that small and feeding him baby milk and litter training him was a TRIP. but he's grown into a BEAST twice the size of his older brother (older brother is loki, younger is thor, and think their names were prophecies) so i guess i did something right.

I agree, it’s subtle enough that if you didn’t know what she had done you may not be able to pinpoint what’s different, but her eyes really sparkle and look so bright now! Beautiful before of course, but she really shines with her eyes now.
