They say that since the world we live in today is so futuristic & advanced that there's no technology that could excite us anymore, it's ok that EPCOT at Disney World was turned from an educational theme park about the future into a theme park with no themes or substance. Well, seeing & getting up close with these all these robots, including those humanoid robots with fluid motion & historical figures, interactive motion capturing tech, and the people working on them definitely excites me for the future even as an adult. Can't imagine how I'd feel in-person, even as an adult.

True - to a certain extent but what is the use of ideas and innovations if they are only affordable for the rich and denied to the general common people on low incomes? China aims to develop products and systems that are beneficial to ALL in her society, no matter what the earning capacity is from the lowest to the highest - a true leveler of "classes" - and something that even the U.s. once, a long time ago, aspired for when it declared "that all men are equal". Secondly - at this time, China lags behind in some key areas of technology but considering that it has only been less than 50 years since China really entered its Industrial Revolution age, what she has achieved so far is not too "shabby" while bringing some 800 million of its people out of absolute abject poverty towards a chance for middle class and at the same time, embarked on a mind-blowing establishing of a modern "Slik Road" around the world. True leadership in charge of a huge country with an equally huge population must also have huge developmental ideas and projects. The U.S. once had as its motto: "Think Big" - back in the 1920s - 1960s and then, it kinda began to lose its way in the 1990s onwards. Two great nations - the U.S. and China should really work together in tandem to benefit the world and not in competition against one another.
