His sustainable vision of a city designed around its people instead of its cars is replicated to this day. With flocks of sheep "mowing the lawns in the traditional way", buses without timetables that arrive every minute, and a garbage exchange programme that rewards recycling with fresh produce, Lerner's dictum that "the city is not a problem, it is a solution" seems indisputable. Yet some say it is failing to keep up with the changing times and demands of a two-million-strong population.

Finally figured it out, but the locale was a puzzler. We see people dressed warmly, a tree with autumn color. We hear an unusual Latin tongue. The dialogue is hard to understand; thick accent and traffic noise. Are we in Portugal or Romania? They don't have such vertical cities. Maybe its high in the Andes: La Paz or Bogota? The mayor/architect has a Germanic name, Lerner. This mysterious city and its planning achievements deserve attention. But it is largely unknown in the places that could learn from it. Does a video like this get the message out to those 350 million North Americans who know nothing about the World Cup?

The best part of it for me was the guy that reaises sheeps in the park, because he is wearing the old version of my school's uniform kkkkkkkkk and I was born and raised in Curtiba, me and my family used to go in all the parks, but I have never seen anybody raising farm animals in any of them (WTF) kkkkk I loved it, perfect kkkkkkk
