The World's BIGGEST Domino Pyramid | 26,775 Dominoes

Back in 2018, I wanted to build the largest domino pyramid ever. After two failed attempts, I was finally able to finish the pyramid with the size of 31x31. That was a solid record which stood for almost four years without anyone beating it. But it changed in 2021, when a Minecraft KZreadr, Wunba destroyed my record. Not with one, but two layers. And I knew what I had to do.
I bought some more dominoes specifically for this project. After moving to a new house, I had the time to start working on the project. I got pretty far on my first attempt and I thought I was going to make it. However, it crashed down near the finish. Ii had reached the size of 32x32, a new personal record, but still not bigger than Wunba's.
I took a break and focused on other projects until 2023. I decided that it was a fresh start and I was more than ever determined to break the world record. I had two failed attempts, but I kept going. My work finally paid off.
On the 3rd of Febryary, the pyramid was finished and it looks dope. Everything went fine and the pyramid even fell on the first attempt. I messed up the settings on my second camera, so I did not get a clear 60fps shot of the falldown. But that aside, I'm happy with the result.
I'm aware of the fact that this does not qualify to be an official Guinness World Record because of the brand of dominoes that I'm using. I was also aware of it the last time I broke the record. This was more of a personal accomplishment and a proof that anything is possible if you just try hard enough. Also I don't think GWR defines which is a world record and which is not.
The record has come a long way during the years and I'm excited to see what the future holds for domino pyramid records. If 34x34 is possible, I'm sure 35x35 will be as well. If you try to break my record, I will be looking forward to taking that title back ;)

This is amazing! You’ve beaten my record by over 2000 dominoes! 🎉 Despite several fails, which each time it gets more depressing, you managed to keep trying until you got it! Great job, can’t wait to see more!

WOW!! 👏 mad respect for this - what an impressive structure!!! it’s even more impressive that you managed to build it this large with smaller dominoes. watching the first few attempts was heartbreaking but I’m so glad you persevered and managed to finish the pyramid! the triangle design and colors were a nice touch. over how many days total did it take to build? congrats on the new record!!! 😊

Thank you so much for the nice words! I started working on this early in January and finished it on the 3rd of February. That's almost one month of work I put into this. And not counting the 10 days on my previous attempt last summer 😅

No way, this is incredible!! The fact that you managed to beat one of the most difficult and highly contested domino records is crazy enough but the fact that you did it with Domino Express dominoes is just next level. Congratulations and great work on not giving up after all of the fails :)
5 years ago, you made history by making a 31x31 domino pyramid, but Wunba stole that record from you by making a 33x33 almost 2 years later. 5 years later, you took back the record from Wunba, with a size of 34x34, and the pyramid containing around 26,775 Dominoes! I'm so proud of you, Taikamuna. Keep it up.

That was AMAZING! I can't belive you tried this hard to beat the world record! You really did it too! The timelapses, and backward footage of the attempts and the time put in really adds to the fun. I love how there are so many colors, and how so much was put into this video! When the pyramid first falls, it looks like a climbing sonimod effect with the dominoes spilling off each other, and then after that when the pyramid crumbles more, it starts increasing which is incredible, and when the pyramid falls completely, it looks like a waterfall of plain dominoes kinda like StayFawnTop's colossal cube! It's insane how you got this to work! I am like so incredibly impressed! And then stepping in the deep pile! You just seem to do everything in this video! Amazing job beating the world record once again! This is why builders like you are historic! Beautiful video :)

This is incredible! It’s such an unforgiving structure. I don’t know if I would dare taking the risk of building a 3D pyramid that size.
the SHEER amount of patience you have is absolutely insane. honestly i would've given up after the first fail lol idk if domino rally stones count for an official world record (i remember hearing they didn't in your 21x21 pyramid wr a few years back) but if they don't, they seriously should! this amount of work shouldn't go unnoticed
