When we feel addicted, it's very painful. We're confused about our behaviors, our desires, our urges. Someone recently asked from inside our eating peace facebook group: how do I release repetitive fat thoughts?
Great question. Because what if what we really are addicted to IS our thinking?
Who would we be without our thoughts that look so repetitive and devastating and sad and disappointing? What if we didn't believe what we think?
