I hope there are some young folks taking notes and interested in carrying on some of these trades so that they do not become lost arts. Kudos, Ron, for your dedication to your craft.

I once worked in a shop restoring old wood frame body cars from England. Very interesting and satisfying work. I tip my hat to Ron and preservationists like him everywhere.

I am a vintage 1950 retiree assembling and varnishing an ash wood kit for my 1955 Morris Minor Traveller. So, I really appreciate the kind of truly custom master work you are doing! Each car you do is a message to following generations.

As a young person I am so ashamed of my generation's under appreciation of craftsmanship such as this. I build, restore, and collect classic cars with my father... it is something I will pass on to my kids with the well taught lessons of honor of hard work and craftsmanship. #HandsNotMachines

Great! Just great! I´ve saw just a bit of his work in Chasing Classic Cars, and was amazing. Now, with his interview, up's to a new level. Tks!

To be in my 20s again and to be able to learn from you. The sunglasses are amazing. I have a 29 Mercedes Gazelle and to have a pair to wear while driving would be the "cat's meow"...:)

When this guy passes away hopefully many, many decades from now......his family will have the sense to save and make sure his wood templates and work go to a place that will use them to carry on his legacy and work.
