Amazing movie. She stayed true to her values. Priceless!!!

Have no idea why I got so caught up with this movie, but I did. Great tie-back to Miss Chen, who had been discarded by her husband after so many years of hard work for a side-woman he had kept. Ni was not going to be a side-woman. Thank goodness for that waitress willing to lend Ni her clothes.

I dont know, If I just met a guy on a cruise, he got me drunk and the first thing he brings up while staring at the ocean at the edge of the ship is the statistic of how many people go missing on a cruise after getting drunk and falling over board, I would run.

I enjoyed this film so very much! With all the American films being filled with violence and cursing, it is pure joy to watch a film with civilized content with a message.

This is so inspirational, there are many young women who need to watch this movie.

Totally spellbinding from start to finish. The saddest part of this whole movie, was that she gave him the most precious part of herself, something that she can never take back. That’s why it was so (easy) for him to let her walk away; to him she was just another conquest of his own desires.

The lovely waitress lending her clothes was the best part!

This is the best movie I've seen in 2024. I hope it will be sold in America. I really enjoyed watching ❤ I'm an African American woman that loves romance and drama.

Yes this happens. I had a very rich friend (VERY rich) who would also dress down when shopping, average clothes, no jewelry or makeup. She could have bought the store. She hated being followed and hanged onto by sales people. They would leave her alone when she looked poor. She's gone now. But she had a great ride!

I don't have problems with being hounded by sales people. Goodwill and Value Village associates don't care to follow me around. Home Depot, Safeway, Fred Meyer, Grocery Outlet employees don't bother me. Don't go hardly anywhere high end, so no problems for me. When I walk into service establishments, it's usually to get new tires or home appliance and then I do want assistants to pay attention, but don't have any problem because of my looks. Don't go to high end restaurants, either.

Even tho i didnt fully understand the language, the acting and storyline was so good. It made the language barrier non existence. Truly wonderul acting the first lady buying the jewellery set almost brought me to tear. When she was in the lift after finding out her role in the relationship almost brought me to tear. Loved this video, what an honest portrayal of life and love. ❤❤❤

23:23 I travel a lot and always fly economy class. Sometimes I have very long layovers and I always thought that the business lounge at the airport was for those who fly first class. And I suffered constantly And only recently I found out that I could afford to pay for a vacation in the business lounge separately. This man is right.
