💗Hello everyone ! I am bringing you through my entire Tiny House Build process in the next few months in many of my Vlogs. This video is to show you all the problems and delays I have been going through as a result of this build. My county has Zoning requirements and Tiny Homes are an unusual build in my area. I forgot to film my Oxtail Dish when I served it , but it was delicious. I will make it again in the future. A taste I had never known until now and find it very pleasant to make, especially for special guests if you are hosting a meal.😋 The brownie mud cake recipe is in the description box. Enjoy!

Remember you can get an extension for each parcel! Building takes time, but if your contractor is slacking you have to go against them. It's a hassle.

I learned from a person of "culture" to sear all sides of oxtail and then pressure cook with beef broth and pan scrapings. Put over rice or mashed potatoes. Side veggie is good for a meal or two.

It took me forever to get my Generac Generator installed, permit after permit after permit as well as a half dozen inspections during installation and final check off , each county has their own requirements 👈🏻 I can’t imagine what you’re having to deal with🤔

this sounds like a county issue, not a contractor issue. It has taken you all day.

She is the contractor. She is really hiring sub contractors and getting all paperwork and anything else.

You have a full house construction. You are not a tiny house. And your house is fixed. Plus you have full land construction. Your district does not want a tiny homes. You have to just add a room on your home. My parents just dug a hole, put metal circle down, place stone and rock in the sewer tank then place dirt and sewer pipe. But your local laws seem to be more strict. That's it. As long as you are not near lakes, streams, or underground water; there is no reason for this. Yes that is correct you have to get all the contractors and permits to do this land and house. If you want 3 houses for renting then you have to be above the square footage amount of a home on each one. No tiny house. You are the contractor and you have to get all subcontractors and you have to do all the paperwork and you have to get all service like garbage pick up to your homes. YOU are the building contractor. On top of pets who are children that never grow up. You are taking a lot of responsibilities and really it seems you are educating yourself the hard way. You are going to pay more than you think.

@@SimplyRVing It is a huge task to be a building contractor in which you are doing for your land. If you desire to do this then you have to realize you are inexperienced and you are learning as you decide to move your building tasks. This is a lot to take on. More than an experienced contractor does and it is hard for the experience contractors these days too. So expect to be overwhelmed at times and if you decide to do this then you will have to focus and be patient. I personally believe you should sell this land off and find a small house; with less land and then figure out a job for awhile. Get your finances rebuilt. In the meantime, get schooled. But; if you continue this; be prepared of this hardship you are taking on. And watch out for the scammers. You might have one already by the sounds of your videos. Your $15,000 you may have to kiss it good-bye. Expect to loose a lot of money because of your inexperience.

Lidia, a build is not easy anymore. Especially in Florida unless you are a major corporation. We are wanting to keep the land agriculture. Keep on doing you! As far as the bark, get a squirt bottle for unnecessary barking, peeing/pooping. Also, if you already paid for something you shouldn't have to pay again! Ridiculous. My son lost a mobile home over that crap. He had all the paperwork 😢 apparently he was a day late??? They had it a month before! It makes no sense. Glad to see the puppy is doing great❤ Keep fighting the good fight, if it's your heart and God. They will cower. All my blessings to you ❤
