+RuSosan yes, there was no sexual references at all in books. not sure if the other commentator, got stuff mixed, she ran either the rats, fell in love with the girl got the rose tattoo, almost had sex with the guy who passed out on her, she took his horse, and then the avallach and his king bit... but nothing ever on geralt. I love the father daughter relationship. Cyprus did great in representing that.

This is another great reason why I love Yennefer. She's standing there acting like she's above it but deep down (and no matter how old she gets) she thrills just as simply as Geralt... the beard on Avallac'h is proof of it. Reminds me of a dear friend of mine who tried so hard to be an adult when she was a little girl... but she couldn't help herself half the time... she'd have papers in class with the most remarkable penmanship but have little doodles at the bottom of the page... Anyway... I really like Yen as a character... she gets a lot of hate for her prickly side but then you see things like this and its hard not to adore her.

I found her to be quite playful, despite many only seeing her being angry in the games (I mean her daughter's life was on the line what do you expect) She plays pranks, is..err..quite playful in bed, has dumb banters with Geralt and then this. I even appreciated that her reaction to the drunken shenanigans at Kaer Morhen was basically just an eye roll. Also her sarcasm in the game/books is peak humor

The context is great too, the whole book Geralt was fighting destiny and saying he'd need something a lot more than destiny (Like Yennefer said "We're destined to be together but it's not enough"), so when he told her that she's more than that , She became his reason, his "more".Really great writing man...

Somehow, I knew Geralt was the "mom" and Yen the "dad".

Ciri and Geraltz might have gone berserk destroying the room, but Yen drawing a beard was more brutal u_u

Yen: "Geata'ar ligen!" Ciri: "We've awoken the sentry." Geralt: "I knew the password was Gwent."

Yennifer was like the mom here and just says "You two... please stop it..." with the look of "aww... I wanted to do that."

Can't get over how incredibly gorgeous both Ciri and Yen are. Don't know who sculpted them, but damn.

The love and care for Ciri as a Daughter is one of the main reasons for me to choose Yen over Triss.

The only place in the room they didn’t attack was where Yennefer was lol

These scenes are so nice, especially after reading the books, it's nice to see all three happy and being a family, especially after the hell Ciri had to live through up to this point.

12:47 - I really thought that Yen was going to magically set the portrait alight and then be all: "What? I didn't do that!" Still, I suppose she's into subtler forms of revenge like casting lingering long-term withering curses on Avallac'h's... well, you know. I think it's a genuine measure of how good Ciri is that she didn't just slaughter those villagers for their ignorant hatred of a hero.

yennifer is such a princess. Not a disney princess but what an actual princess would be like lol.

I've played this game too much. When the combat with the sentry started my hands immediately went back on my keyboard, as if I was about to fight it.

The moments with Geralt and Yen and Ciri are some of my favorite moments in the game❤️

In the polish version of the game during Ciri's and Yennefer's reunion; instead of "My, you've grown beautiful", Yennefer says "My beautiful daughter". I don’t know why they didn’t translate it into the other languages of the game, but in the books it’s quite common for Yennefer and Ciri to call each other mother and daughter at some point. Ciri never directly calls Geralt her father. But in one of the flashbacks, Gretka and Ciri talk about fathers and Ciri implies she’s referring to Geralt. And Geralt calls Ciri his daughter a couple of times. E.g. "She's like a daughter to me"; "My daughter by choice." There’s also a conversation Geralt has with Philippa, where she says: "[…] you and Yennefer play the parents…" And lastly, there’s another conversation between Yennefer and Geralt in which he's adamant about Emhyr having no right to make choices about Ciri and the only ones who have a right are himself and Yennefer. Again, implying that they’re her parents and Yen replies with something like: "Maybe at heart."

+ItsmeRuckcuz game of thrones game just like this one, with the difference of having character creation, choosing a house, dialogue options would be mostly about where the character would end up as well as with who, if serving a king, aiming to become one or just taking jobs kind of like geralt but without the monters. That way it would give the player the option of following the show or make their own story. Ahh now that right there would be a great one...
