That’s what I thought, actually. But there was an interesting mention in the comments below from a person who introduced to be a cousin of the author, and I was told the song was never supposed to be sung by a man. So we’re kinda lawbreakers here 🌚

When i first heard Priscilla sing this, i honestly silent cried during it. Didnt make a sound but the tears flowed hard. Partially because i knew I'd never hear it for the first time again Hearing your cover, i feel like im hearing it for the first time all over again, once more silent crying hearing it be sung so wonderfully Thank you ♡
